I starting playing Slots Of Vegas over a year ago and have won many times and it takes along time to be paid, I always have to escalate it but was paid within 3 weeks up to December 2024 I won over $3500 it has been over 2 months and I have only received $1250 of that I had a withdraw of $2500 which they approved half of that and paid $1250 after waiting over a month and said they had to break it up into payments and I'm still waiting on the other $1250 and it's been over 2 months and I'm still waiting I've had to escalate it 3 times I just keep getting the runaround! Wish I could give this scam of a website 0 stars. Contacted customer service multiple times before attempting to withdrawals funds. The live agents insured me my funds were able to be withdrawn. I completed the playthrough and they took my money when I tried to withdraw. Nobody uses this casino it is trash they literally took $600 from me I have all the transactions, and it says a manager canceled my withdrawal and then withdrew it to another account they are just trying to take your money

I deposited into the account $30, then lost that and the match bonus. I was then offered daily free spons for 7 days following the deposit. I lost on those, okay? I was offered a $30 chip as an incentive to get a bonus as well. I played this and won and requested a withdrawl. During the withdrawal process, they denied me for using multiple bonuses. The only bonuses I used were offered as incentives to my original deposit and bonus match. 

I debated this point with customer service and am now in the process of having an account look by the manager, and if they approve this "courtesy" exception theu will let me know.
