I would give it no stars if It was possible this casino is garbage. When you win they drag their feet so long its not even funny. I won on the 17th of April and was ALREADY verified from a win 2 months ago that also took almost 2 months to get but assuming I was already verified I tried playing it again and when I won guess what here I sit still trying to get paid!!!! There are aboslutely too many limitations and too many "rules" put in place in order to withdraw. I am totally fine with max bonus and max withdrawal amounts. The issue arises that when you actually want to cash out, the "fun" starts!
The option is to withdraw through them using Bitcoin. Oh Boy, the speed of these withdrawals is absolutely atrocious. Even after verifying your identity, you will be waiting AT LEAST 3-4 weeks to receive those winnings.. I'm convinced that unless you contact their support and ask for an escalation on the withdrawal, this time frame would be longer.
Hands down the worst part about withdrawing through them? You cannot claim a bonus, free spins, or redeem a coupon if you have a pending transaction. So you're either stuck for 4 weeks waitiing for your withdrawal to process or you must cancel your withdrawal to claim a bonus.

I requested 3 withdrawals of $2500 each on the same date, the first one was Initiated on November 21, 2025 and I received $870 on November 28, 2025 (what I understand because I was told that they will take that money because was mixed with another bonuses) so I should get 100% of the other two $2500 withdrawal. However the 2nd payment was Initiated on December 2nd, 2025 and the 3rd one was initiated on December 24th, 2025. Its been 1 month and haven't receive the one from December 2. And still waiting for the one from December 24th which still on frametime
