9. Account Holders

9.1. Creating a User Account on Chipy

A user is not permitted to register more than one account.

Only one account per person, household, family, address, email address, credit card number, or shared computer environment (e.g., library, workplace, fraternity, university, school, etc.) is allowed.

9.2. Multiple Accounts

If more than one account linked to a single user is detected, all duplicate accounts will be considered unauthorized and closed, with only the original account remaining active. The user may continue accessing the website but may not create new accounts.

Any benefits derived from the use of multiple accounts will be voided (experience points, Chipy coins, level upgrades). Any real-money withdrawals made from a duplicate account will be considered unauthorized and reclaimed or rejected.

9.3. User-Generated Content

Chipy.com does not allow posting comments, suggestions, ratings, or performing other actions that are inauthentic and do not reflect personal experience with a casino, solely for the purpose of obtaining Chipy coins and experience points.

Chipy.com does not allow posting spam or advertisements for commercial purposes.

Parts of this website allow users to post and exchange opinions and information in specific areas.

Chipy.com does not filter, edit, publish, or review comments before they appear on the website. Comments do not reflect the views of Chipy.com, its agents, or affiliates. They reflect the views of the individual posting them.

To the extent permitted by applicable laws, Chipy.com shall not be liable for comments or any liability, damages, or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of the use, posting, or appearance of comments on this website.

Chipy.com reserves the right to monitor all comments and remove any considered inappropriate, offensive, or in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

All accounts will be verified through automated systems and spam filters, as well as by the Chipy Quality Control Team.

Chipy.com reserves the right to block or remove any account that violates the above rules without prior notice.

10. Chipy.com Rewards

10.1. Chipy Coins and Experience Points

• “Chipy coins” and “Experience Points” are intended to motivate users to participate and reward loyal members.
• Chipy.com does not allow ethically questionable actions solely intended to obtain site benefits (e.g., experience points, Chipy coins, etc.).
• Players are rewarded for their activity and for sharing personal experience and knowledge. To receive rewards, user contributions must be meaningful to the content displayed on Chipy and to its online community.
• Rewards consist of Chipy coins, which users may use to purchase items in the Chipy.com Store, including converting Chipy coins into real money, casino bonuses, site avatars, etc.

10.2. Chipy Store

• Registered users can use their coins to purchase real-money items, special casino bonuses, and avatar items in the Chipy.com Store.
• A user with a pending real-money item purchase may not make another such purchase.
• A user may make another real-money item purchase 7 days after the previous purchase was approved, unless otherwise stated in the item’s conditions.
• If a real-money item purchase is rejected, the user may immediately purchase another real-money item.

Players posting non-informative casino comments will have their store purchase rejected.

Consecutive real-money item rejections result in refunds of Chipy coins as follows:

• 2 consecutive rejections: 100% refund
• 3 consecutive rejections: 80% refund
• 4 consecutive rejections: 60% refund
• 5 consecutive rejections: 40% refund
• 6 consecutive rejections: 20% refund
• 7+ consecutive rejections: 0% refund

Players may receive more money than specified in this formula only if explicitly stated in the item description.

10.3. Monthly Competition Winnings

Each month, the most active users who accumulate the highest number of experience points will receive prizes. Any registered Chipy.com user may participate.

The Quality Assurance Team will manually verify users who reach the Leaderboard to ensure compliance with the Terms and Conditions.

Users engaging in spam behavior to earn points and coins will be disqualified.

Winners will be published shortly after review and notified by email.

10.4. Chipy.com Raffles

Chipy.com online raffles allow registered users to purchase tickets for a chance to win coins and/or real money. Users may participate in multiple raffles simultaneously.

Eligibility

Only registered users may participate. Each raffle may have additional level requirements listed on its page.

Competition Period

Each raffle is active for a limited time as stated in its description.

How to Participate

Users must obtain raffle tickets. All tickets are free—no real money is required.

Two types of raffle entry exist:

• Free-entry raffles: No payment required.
• Paid raffles: Tickets are purchased with Chipy Coins (not real money); the price is deducted automatically.

Prizes

Three types of prizes exist:

• Chipy Coin prizes
• Real-money prizes (various currencies)
• Combination prizes

Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if necessary.

Winner Selection

Each ticket has a unique number. After the raffle ends, an automatic random draw is conducted. All tickets have equal probability. Tickets purchased by blocked users are excluded.

Winner Verification

Winning tickets are manually validated by the Community Review Team.

Winner Notification

Winners will be notified:

• On the site (User Page → “My Raffle Tickets”)
• By email with redemption instructions

10.5. Prize and Reward Delivery

• Coin prizes are credited automatically.
• Real-money prizes must be redeemed by the user. To redeem, users must complete and verify payment details in User Settings.
• Failure to provide payment details prevents prize transfer.
• A raffle ticket will be void if the winner does not redeem the real-money prize within 30 days of publication.

10.6. Disqualification

Chipy.com reserves the right to disqualify any prize candidate reasonably believed to be attempting fraud, cheating, or system compromise (via technical means such as scripting/automation or manual methods such as multiple accounts).

10.7. Data Protection

By participating in competitions, users agree that personal data will be collected, processed, and stored for managing our ongoing relationship with participants.

10.8. Disclaimer

If a competition cannot proceed as planned due to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or causes beyond Chipy.com’s control, we reserve the right (subject to applicable law) to disqualify participants and terminate, modify, or suspend the competition.

11. Blacklist Terms and Conditions

Chipy.com reserves the right to blacklist any online casino or gaming site for unauthentic business practices, such as failure to pay or delaying player winnings or affiliate commissions.

To be removed from the blacklist, a brand must:

• Fully resolve the specific case.
• Pay 15% annual interest on unpaid funds (minimum €1,000 per brand).
