I have been using this casino amoungst a couple others and I have been able to withdraw twice with both times being a couple hundred. The first time was cery quick and seemless and the second time did take a few hours which made me very nervous, but they definitely pulled through without me having to provide anything, which I have experienced issues with in the past with other casinos. They offer a decent amount of (deposit) free spin bonuses, but nothing else to their loyal customers. I also noted to get cash back, you only qualify for a small percent if you lose hundreds. That number they expect you to lose goes up the higher VIP you are, so you are basically getting punished for being of a higher VIP. When I asked about it, the customer service person appeared very confused about their own policies. Was polite, but unhelpful. I will likely choose a different casino for loyalty bonuses.
