Today my account was blocked and they said my registration information didn't match my documents, even though I reported it yesterday, saying my country wasn't on the list when I registered. They apologized and said they'd fix it. Today they simply blocked my account and told me to create a new one))) They simply didn't want to pay out the winnings!!! I submitted a withdrawal request 2 weeks ago. They then required identity verification. I completed that. Then said had to manual review and would take 2-10 minutes typically or up to 3-5 business days so over a week later I chatted with customer service asking why it’s still reviewing. They said had to be all business days so expect complete in a few days. After the few days I attempted again and then it said I had to do the identity verification again like I never did it. I then did chat with customer service who told me I just submitted so would be 3-5 business days. I stated I already went through this and it’s been 2 weeks and already was told by customer service it would be complete a day or two ago now it’s making me do this again. They were no help and just said sorry 3-5 days to get reviewed. Unreal. Getting the run around and won’t pay out!
