Casino is a little bit iffy. Doesn't really give context on what you need to do to be able to withdraw once you have withdrawal amount and then it says no deposit bonus needed and once you finish passing the wager to withdraw it tells you you need a deposit to even see your winnings, so don't understand the point of that

Met my wish list for no deposit bonuses, no other has! Yet

Now I have only had this one experience with this casino, so far. I usually do not review unless I have an extreme experience And i wanted to share my greatest experience with people and Grande Vegas has literally hit many of my top wishes in a (1) no deposit coupons, (2) large enough to have a chance to win with a  (3) low wagering requirement none would be better but impossible too, at a (4) casino that has fast and easy cash out and (5)quick and simple verification of identity. 

I really wanted to give a five-star rating because it is the first casino that I have have found to meet my summarized wish list. To win a large amount within 2 days and not payed I red cent for it is A+mazing, to be sure. However the wagering was crazy, they didn't honor chippys bonus for 100$ Chip and replaced it with only 25$ and took several tries and different pieces of mail for the verification process and it took a painstaking 2 days to get my withdrawal. I know my wish list exists out there at other casinos. I just haven't found one yet so I would have given five-star review for this casino. Had they been able to accept the $100 chip? The wagering is insane. I'm surprised that I made it past it and the withdrawal I believe for every casino should be however you choose And I thought it awesome of this casino to have that option also. But you have to pay $30 to choose anything but crypto so that sucks and then it took 2 days and that is horrible for players that have just won and are all excited to have to wait 2 days. But I've had to wait 30 and more. So again, I'm going to saying that this is the best casino that I've tried yet because I discovered it and within 2 days I walked away with 160 bucks and I didn't pay one. Penny, I hope this helps. Complete scam, don't play here!!

Today my account was blocked and they said my registration information didn't match my documents, even though I reported it yesterday, saying my country wasn't on the list when I registered. They apologized and said they'd fix it. Today they simply blocked my account and told me to create a new one))) They simply didn't want to pay out the winnings!!! People, don't fall for this scam, there are plenty of other normal gambling establishments around,

Specifically the $20 bonus code CHIPY0126. This site shows a max cashout of $180 and upon redemption of coupon max cashout was showing $180 but after completing wagering requirements my balance was reduced to $100.

Terrible to get payment

I submitted a withdrawal request 2 weeks ago. They then required identity verification. I completed that. Then said had to manual review and would take 2-10 minutes typically or up to 3-5 business days so over a week later I chatted with customer service asking why it’s still reviewing. They said had to be all business days so expect complete in a few days. After the few days I attempted again and then it said I had to do the identity verification again like I never did it. I then did chat with customer service who told me I just submitted so would be 3-5 business days. I stated I already went through this and it’s been 2 weeks and already was told by customer service it would be complete a day or two ago now it’s making me do this again. They were no help and just said sorry 3-5 days to get reviewed. Unreal. Getting the run around and won’t pay out!

Thieves! Stay away!

I created an account and quickly funded it with $50 in Bitcoins. The page refreshed, and I had to sign back in. It wouldn't let me sign. In it, it said my account was locked. I contacted support to see what was going on, and they told me my account was flagged. I asked them why, but they never gave me a reason. I have no problem with any casinos I play at, so this is bs. 

I asked them to refund my money, and they wanted some documents from me just to refund me. They even wanted my passport...I complied and sent in everything they asked for, and I heard nothing from them, so I emailed them. They kept asking me for a picture of a mail with my address, which I already submitted, but they kept finding reasons not to refund me, saying to resend everything because they never got it, and I resent everything. Then they would say it's not clear, etc I went back and forth with them for about a month, and I still have not gotten my money back.

    I signed up and immediately made a deposit of $50. As soon as I did that and tried to play, I was signed out and when I tried logging back in, it wouldn't let me so I contacted support to see what was going on. They tell me that I can't play there because I am flagged...I asked for what reason? They did not give me a reason. I play on several other sites, spend good money, and never had any issues before. So, I asked for a refund, and they asked me to submit basically all my personal info and then some. I am surprised they didn't ask for my social... I sent my ID, passport for proof of citizenship, picture, and proof of address just to get my money back!  I submitted everything on 2/6/25 and I reached out to them just now because I have not heard from them and they are trying to make it seem like they didn't receive the docs, so I had to forward the same email I sent on the 6th of Feb again just to. hear them say someone will get back to you in 3-5 days! This is so shadyyyyy!

Hello everyone here's my review on GRANDE VEGAS CASINO!!! 

GRANDE VEGAS CASINO coupon for $500 free play was not working without a deposit. But they did manage to throw a quick $25 coupon in my face so as not to get my goat and have me lose it on the review lol. That's smart because they know we're addicts and it was enough to curve the need for a few minutes anyway. I really can't tell you about graphics or other games because I played my $25 on keno and didn't hit my 5 spot playing .25¢ per game. If that helps I hope so.
