Detailed Explanation
A casino agent manually unlocked my wallet, allowing me to request a Bitcoin withdrawal.
I submitted a withdrawal request, which the system accepted and confirmed with the message:
“Your payout request has been received and will be processed shortly.”
Trace IDs were generated.
After the withdrawal was accepted, the wallet was locked again and the withdrawal was declined due to account verification requirements.
No rejection email or compliance notice was sent at the time the withdrawal was reversed.
Casino support later confirmed in writing that:
The withdrawal was reviewed by their “Relevant Team”
Account verification is mandatory to withdraw funds
Deposited funds that were wagered cannot be refunded
Account closure is allowed, but any remaining balance cannot be withdrawn without verification
Core Issue (Deadlock)
This creates a deadlock where:
A withdrawal was enabled and accepted by the system
Verification was enforced only after acceptance
Deposits cannot be refunded because they were wagered
Funds cannot be withdrawn without verification
As a result, the funds are inaccessible regardless of the option chosen.
Additionally, I received an official banking email stating that verification is not required for crypto deposits except in specific cases, which contradicts the position later taken by live support.

Over a month still waiting on verification confirmation
I won on 50nfree spin bonus when I signed up. I could only cash out $50 and I was aware of this. I submitted my verification and waited and waited. I contacted customer service several times and they were no help. I emailed banking and they said they had none of my verification documents I submitted. So I resubmitted and when I ask how long it would be before I would be verified. they responded that verification is done with a withdraw request so I went and requested cashout and resubmitted my information again.
