Trace IDs were generated.
After the withdrawal was accepted, the wallet was locked again and the withdrawal was declined due to account verification requirements.
No rejection email or compliance notice was sent at the time the withdrawal was reversed.

Account verification is mandatory to withdraw funds
Deposited funds that were wagered cannot be refunded

I won on 50nfree spin bonus when I signed up. I could only cash out $50 and I was aware of this. I submitted my verification and waited and waited. I contacted customer service several times and they were no help. I emailed banking and they said they had none of my verification documents I submitted. So I resubmitted and when I ask how long it would be before I would be verified. they responded that verification is done with a withdraw request so I went and requested cashout and resubmitted my information again. After finally winning, all my funds were erased due to an "apparent violation of terms." The violation? Canceling a withdrawal, which then got mixed with a deposit (a verification deposit that the site itself required just to enable withdrawals).
Support was unhelpful — live chats kept disappearing while I was trying to resolve the issue. Instead of helping, they flagged me for “mixing funds,” which feels like a technicality designed to void legitimate winnings.

So far it's been 8 days and I'm still waiting I can't get someone to look at my stuff that I sent on day one. I'm basing my initial review soley off other online casino's with the same game library and large bonus format.
The most postive things I have noticed are that there are VERY genorous free spins that don't require an initial depositi to claim or withdraw. That puts this casino in a teir above others of it's kind on this alone.
The other positive is the quick verification and withdrawl process. I was told it could take up to 5 working days for my account to be verified before I could withdraw, however, in less than 12 hours I received an email letting me know the verication process was complete and I could begin the withdrawl.
The withdrawal itself was simple and straighforward and is in-line with most other casino's. I believe it took around 15-30 minutes before I requested the withdrawl and received the payment in my wallet.

The only real con with the site is that it's presentation is pretty standard and could use some fine tuning/optimation on the server size as far as load and respose times.
