There were Plenty, but I shrugged it off as Bad attitudes. Well, they were entirely accurate and their details matched what I am experiencing,plus Bettywins throws in the "5 STAR IGNORE FEATURE"despite the polite nature of my Inquiries(7 now). This I have never seen. So, my VERIFICATION OF DOCS(should Never exceed 48 Hours, period) is going on 10 DAYS tomorrow with ZERO RESPONSE from Mgmt, and only a mere Late night Chat Agent giving me the "Backed-up excuse" 2 nights ago. Yet, the surprise of the Chat exchange came Today (Still ZERO RESPONSE from Mgmt) I had followed the Rules by providing a BTC DEPOSIT, following my Bonus playthru win. for w/drawal. AGENT CLAIMED "BTC DEPOSIT DIDNT ARRIVE TILL TODAY"....REALLY, A BTC DEPOSIT, GOT THERE A BIT LATE, HUH? It's a slap to the face when you pull off a rare feat by getting to the other side of a playthru and an expectation of winnings, albeit small, yet you soon realize your expectation the LAST thing a Casino wants to proceed with. It actually feels "dirty" to even be dealing with those whom are giving the other, Reputable Casinos and the Industry itself a Negative view.....Yet, it goes much further than a mere slap when you realize you ALSO have NO ACCESS to the FUNDS YOU DEPOSITED FOR NEARLY 2 WEEKS & COUNTING!!!
