There were Plenty, but I shrugged it off as Bad attitudes. Well, they were entirely accurate and their details matched what I am experiencing,plus Bettywins throws in the "5 STAR IGNORE FEATURE"despite the polite nature of my Inquiries(7 now). This I have never seen. So, my VERIFICATION OF DOCS(should Never exceed 48 Hours, period) is going on 10 DAYS tomorrow with ZERO RESPONSE from Mgmt, and only a mere Late night Chat Agent giving me the "Backed-up excuse" 2 nights ago. Yet, the surprise of the Chat exchange came Today (Still ZERO RESPONSE from Mgmt) I had followed the Rules by providing a BTC DEPOSIT, following my Bonus playthru win. for w/drawal. AGENT CLAIMED "BTC DEPOSIT DIDNT ARRIVE TILL TODAY"....REALLY, A BTC DEPOSIT, GOT THERE A BIT LATE, HUH?
