-I genuinely NEVER thought I would be some guy that moans and groans about some sad and disturbing mistreatment inflicted by an Online Casino due to the fact that I've been enjoying years of play and sometimes things are just not going to go as planned. *WRONG*.....IT IS NOW....
-Prior to getting close to hitting Playthrough on a gracious No Deposit Bonus, I just had to scan a few Reviews from Players whom had won that may have experienced any potential problems getting the phased-in payment of $50. There were Plenty, but I shrugged it off as Bad attitudes. Well, they were entirely accurate and their details matched what I am experiencing,plus Bettywins throws in the "5 STAR IGNORE FEATURE"despite the polite nature of my Inquiries(7 now). This I have never seen. So, my VERIFICATION OF DOCS(should Never exceed 48 Hours, period) is going on 10 DAYS tomorrow with ZERO RESPONSE from Mgmt, and only a mere Late night Chat Agent giving me the "Backed-up excuse" 2 nights ago. Yet, the surprise of the Chat exchange came Today (Still ZERO RESPONSE from Mgmt) I had followed the Rules by providing a BTC DEPOSIT, following my Bonus playthru win. for w/drawal. AGENT CLAIMED "BTC DEPOSIT DIDNT ARRIVE TILL TODAY"....REALLY, A BTC DEPOSIT, GOT THERE A BIT LATE, HUH? Sad & flat out pathetic stuff..And all this disturbing exposure and nonpay for the sake of 50 Bucks? Seriously???? So yes, when it's this level of Mistreatment, the Amount becomes Irrelevant. It's a slap to the face when you pull off a rare feat by getting to the other side of a playthru and an expectation of winnings, albeit small, yet you soon realize your expectation the LAST thing a Casino wants to proceed with. It actually feels "dirty" to even be dealing with those whom are giving the other, Reputable Casinos and the Industry itself a Negative view.....Yet, it goes much further than a mere slap when you realize you ALSO have NO ACCESS to the FUNDS YOU DEPOSITED FOR NEARLY 2 WEEKS & COUNTING!!!
