They have gone totally downhill in the past year. There help is like a bot. Just reading script and never fixes anything. Unfortunately that is a way of life with most customer service reps. Untrained and underpaid.
They used to give pretty decent free chips and spins. Not so anymore. Don't spend to much time or money like I used to here. I heard management changed awhile back. What a difference they made!
