Decode Casino Review

I have had the worst experience with this casino, I have been playing for over a month, made several deposits but have gotten delay after delay when attempting to make a withdrawal and verify my account...and still have not had a successful payout.

They boast their verification system verifies in 2 to 10 minutes however mine took over two weeks. In that two weeks, they never asked me for more information or told me why there was a delay. I had won a couple thousand dollars and could not even initiate a withdrawal request because I wasn't verified. After taking two weeks to verify a US drivers license, I attempted to withdraw and received an email  they "discovered" I wasn't fully verified, I had to now verify my Payment instrument and allow 3 to 5 business days for processing. Even now I am finally fully verified, I still have a pending withdrawal that I've been waiting on for five days, a bitcoin payout that's less than $1000.

I have been given the complete runaround, I tried to respectfully speak to somebody at Decode who was rude and didn't care about any of it. I heard good things about Decode which is why I signed up but at this point I feel they will do anything to delay or cancel a payment. When you initiate a withdrawal and receive a confirmation they also send you instructions on how to cancel your withdrawal. They hold payout request for 48 hours and don't process payments outside business hours Monday -Friday,  so if you request a payout after 5pm on Wednesday you won't get it until after the weekend. Of course they also don't allow any deposits during that time unless you cancel the pending withdrawal. 

A casino that has no problem taking deposits in lightning speed but makes you jump through hoops to get a payout is infuriating. I could never in good faith recommend Decode to anyone after everything I've experienced with them this past month...and I haven't even shared it all yet. 

It was not too bad, I can't remember exactly when it was but it was in the fall last year I think, I ended up taking the 10$ no deposit bonus and made the 200 times play through, with like 2 games! Ahahah played the wolf game I can't remember which one and an Asian themed one. Got it done quick on a Friday and just sent them my ID and that was that. No deposit checks, no pictures of my wallet or crypto wallet, just my ID. it was awesome! I mean there was a small hiccup with my name but other than that I'm pretty sure with the business days they follow I got paid at around 4AM on Tuesday, they did mean 1-2 business days and pulled through paid me anyway. However, since then I think I haven't been able to get back into my account after not playing there sometime, so I did what no one should do and tried playing a bit in a faux account. And yeah, safe to say I probably won't be playing there again but got some alright games, and the bonuses were good. Other than that, yeah go at it and try take them on!

First, I want to say that I play at a lot of different casinos and Decode Casino is the first I have ever put in a complaint. So I would like to think that I can be pretty tolerant of the normal shenanigans all casinos pull when trying to withdraw money.  However this has gotten to another level in many ways! I had recently how Decode Casino had reduced my withdrawal limits from $5,000 to $1,000 after winning a nice amount of money. With their reasoning repeatedly being "security and integrity". You guys (chipy) responded and said that in "good Faith" they have decided to raise my withdrawal limit to $1,500. Then you guys marked this issue as resolved. Which ok, although I wasn't particularly happy with Decode's "good faith", I decided well I guess that's better than nothing. Well I got 1 single payment for $1,500 before I got another email saying that my withdrawal limit has been changed to $1,000 again by management decision. 

They (Decode Casino) continue to say these decisions are made by management. But you can't talk to Management to ask or discuss why. After asking for about the 20th time if someone from management can contact me...... I was actually told "Please note Management cannot be contacted via phone, however, your concerns have been noted." What??? So you can't talk or even email with management?? 

It is completely disrespectful to me and you that they would do this to say the issue has been resolved, then completely go back to the same old shenanigans. Always falling back on "management decisions" and "safety and security of the platform". Neither in which you can get in touch with or an explanation.

After 24 hours I was cleared to play at their casino but not the $25 but was given $10 so smaller bets were played, managed to hit a jackpot playing 1cents per line winning $2, great variety of slots but some free adventure competitions plus tables and progressive jackpots. Customer service was excellent and went out of their way to find the $10 free spins. Definitely chances to win good - great amounts if your bets are higher 

Don't complain to these people once you make your first withdrawal,  say goodbye to any coupons or bonus codes in the future. They will disable that and if you complain about that with their twatski agents they will ban you not just from that but all of their affiliates too. They want you to deposit deposit deposit but do not withdraw, just deposit.  DECODE will target all of the affiliates next.

I won $200 on a no deposit chip and was able to cash out it took about 8 calendar days (counting the weekend) after that I submitted for a payout and it took from a Tuesday at 12:30pm until the following Monday morning at 5am. The entire time customer service was very pleasant and nice. I urged them that if they want to be acknowledged as a "casino of the future" to make the payouts faster.... also a computer is a much better choice than smartphone while playing here as on my newer iPhone the games didn't want to adjust to my screen very well. 

Now With that said and that being the negative part of this review. The fact is that they paid me and it's a great site with great games and very pleasant and always prompt customer service.  As a giving them a very positive overall customer feedback and I'm kinda hard to please. I have played at a lot of casino sites but something about Decode is different in a good way. I see it becoming bigger and better. The potential this site has to become the top in anyone's choice to play is very easy to see. 

I found the main menu page different to most other casino sites, not a good difference. The games are ok, they either run alittle slow or just lagging, the sign up is quick & easy, I did get my free no deposit bonus, Its an ok casino site, in saying that I dont think I will go back to it, will see

I made 2 deposits at Decode Casino after using my welcome bonus. They totaled just over $100. Both deposits were clean (no bonus attached) and made with Lite Coin. They went pretty fast, which kinda hurt but I'll probably get over that..... eventually. 😉

They offer cashback for clean deposits that were lost but when I tried to claim it, the cashback was denied. I asked the live chat agent and after a semi-long wait I was told that my account is not allowed to claim cashback nor any free bonus whatsoever. I was told that it was a manager decision. 

I asked to speak with a manager but was told that managers do not use the chat. I looked up the email address in the T&C's and went over them several times to make sure I was good, I broke none of the terms.

I sent an email requesting an explanation for the restricted account and what I might be able to do to have it fixed. Their reply was the exact word for word reply that I received from the live chat agent: It was a manager decision and I could make bonus free deposits and hopefully in the future they might review my account . I replied with a request to speak with a manager and reminding them that I had made 2 bonus free deposits.

They sent me back the same email as the first so I asked again. This went on for a week! I had a hard time staying polite but managed it. I finally told them that their treatment was not fair and since they refused to provide a reason for the restrictions or even talk with me about it beyond the canned reply, I did not believe that making any more deposits at their casino would be wise and I will not patronize their casino until/unless they provided an explaination for the restrictions or changed their customer service policies.

Today they sent me an email promotion about cashback on bonus free deposits. The nerve.

The registration was very easy, navigating around the site was pretty straightforward. I claimed the $10 sign up bonus without any problems.  The max cash out for the bonus was $200 which is really generous.The games selection is limited but they do have decent games. I didnt like that every game I played makes me turn my phone sideways and looking over the withdrawl meathods, I found they charge alot for withdrawl fees some up to $60/withdrawl. Withdraw fees are the reason it's not more stars.

I opened an account at Decode Casino on 4/12/2024. Upon successfully creating my account I redeemed the welcome bonus. I then completed the playthrough required and continued to play until I'd earned approximately $235. I contacted customer service to inquire about the necessary steps to cashout, what the max cashout was for the bonus, how long it would take, and if I qualified. I was told to complete my KYC and that the max allowable withdrawal for the bonus was $180 and I qualified for it. I immediately provided the required documents to KYC, which were approved on Friday, 4/19, after being delayed upon receiving an email stating the picture of my proof of address was cropped and had partially cropped part of the document (which was not true). As soon as I recieved the email confirming my verification documents I again spoke with a live agent to confirm everything was in order to request my withdrawal. I was told that the max cashout was actually $200,and that I should request that amount, instead of the full amount remaining of my winnings, and that upon confirmation their team would remove any leftover winnings, if any were left. I completed my withdrawal request for $200 via my Bitcoin account immediately, leaving a balance of about $15 in winnings in my account. I was told the cashout process takes 24-48 business hours. I woke up and checked my emails just now (Mon 4/22 morning), to find one from Decode's financial services stating;

"Dear Christopher,

Thank you for your patience regarding your payout of $200.00 via Bitcoin.

While reviewing your account we've noticed that the following rule was broken:

Customers cannot redeem multiple free bonuses/free spins offers consecutively: When a customer uses two or more free bonuses without making a real money deposit in between, management reserves the right to void any bonuses, winnings or winnings from comp points.

We have denied your withdrawal, voided your winnings and your bonus. 

Kindly have a look at the casino Terms and Conditions to avoid breaking any of our rules in the future which may result in your winnings being voided.

This is completely false and could not even be possible considering the winnings were earned using the welcome bonus. That was the first and only bonus I've recieved from this casino, so their accusation and reason for refusing my cashout is completely false and unjustified. I sent them an email requesting documentation of this accusation and explaining that this could not be true as I'd earned the rewards via their welcome bonus and I'm currently awaiting their responce. This is a new casino, and I'm fairly certain it is a scam casino. I will continue to update this as more information is aquired.

The no deposit bonus doesn't work for me because of the country. The casino has a very small selection of slot games and a very small selection of payment methods. On the main page, I noticed that there is no information about the license of this casino, and there is no information about the license on the chipy.com page either, which means that this casino operates without a license. All in all, I'm not really impressed with this casino.

I just joined and had no problem claiming the $10 a chip which has a pretty high max cash out $200. That's much much higher than the standard $50 or $100 that you see on almost every site nowadays. Plus 30x rollover is very fair for a no deposit welcome free chip. Site runs smooth and customer service was very friendly!

The sign up bonus $10 which I had used in this casino but didn't win. Casino games library is good. Depositing methods are also good. I like this casino because its very simple to navigate the games.

I wish there were more no deposit free bonuses for new players because their games are awesome and they're not the same as all the other casinos on here.

I won 1700 after depositing to decode casino.. on the 7th deposit, I got a $77 free chip and won after playthrough. I don't play there anymore because since I won, they do not offer bonuses to me anymore:(
