I was added a chip for the holiday promo and asked twice to the customer service team will I be withdrawal eligible and not one time did any mention of not being came across .. I was playing in the tournaments for a few weeks but still was waiting for my verification to go through.  I spent a lot of money and won a couple of times. I was about to win another one and had a good spot on one that wasn't ending for another 20 something days. It cost me 100$ to get #7 spot which pays $150 if I kept that spot but was pretty sure id at least keep a $100 spot to break even.  The tourneys kicks you out a bunch saying session expired so you have to reenter and sometimes log in again. No big deal.  But this time it wouldn't let me back in.  Said I want allowed.  Contact support.  So I did.  They said they canceled my account because they aren't currently taking any new customers from where I live.  I'm in New York.  I've not had a problem anywhere else. I want able to sign up at places that dont except ny. I asked for my money back that I bought into those tourneys with. No response.  I was about to win $200 that I was already about $75 into. I think this is unfair. What do you all think?

Slotocash is definitely my favorite online casino. They have all kinds of bonuses that don't require a deposit.  Their customer support is amazing every time, very customer oriented. Withdraw takes a few days the first time. After that it goes a little quicker but still takes a day or two.

I registered and played here actually 3 years ago,After sign up used bonus but after wagering casino removed my winning from bonus,i applied to support and they told me we made mistake and you are not eligible to this bonus.I finish my playing here from that time.

I really enjoy Sloto Cash.....the only issue I had was the long waiting period for withdrawal. Other than that, definitely one you must try. Support is a little frustrating.

Hello. I like this casino becouse they have good games on in. I never win here big money But I still try. I dont know why But I have much problems with bonus codes 

I personally don't like this casino. "No deposit bonuses don't work" I think if I deposited money I lose 100% and that's it...
