Played fair and square, deposit twice and the second time I won 4500usd. Sent in all the requested documents and got a email that I was approved.  But when I tried to withdraw they  rejected and then banned my account.  Keeps all my winnings and the money I deposited. Registres my account with them true enclave. 

I want to start by making it clear that the support member I spoke with was very polite and professional. I gave her top ratings in the post-call survey. What happened was not her fault—I understand that. Now, here’s what happened: I’m a new player at this casino and had a very lucky day. I won first place in a free tournament (the only one I've participated in here), which earned me $50. I decided to use those winnings, since there were no wagering requirements or restrictions, and try my luck on some slots. I checked the rules beforehand to make sure this was allowed. As it turns out, I won $690.71, so I promptly requested a withdrawal. However, the payout was denied, and the entire amount was revoked, not only the slot winnings, but also the remaining funds from the tournament prize. When I contacted support, I was told the reason was that I had used more than one free chip without making a deposit. I pointed to my transaction history, which clearly showed that I had only used one chip prior to entering the tournament, and that the $50 was a tournament prize, not a bonus chip. At that point, the reason for denying my winnings changed. I was told that players are only allowed to participate in one freeroll tournament between deposits, and that my tournament entry was therefore invalid. I explained again that I was a new player, and this was my first and only tournament. Then I was told that, while tournaments are open to non-depositing players, the casino reserves the right to revoke any winnings from those tournaments for any reason, even if no rules were broken. Since they deemed my tournament winnings invalid, they then used that to justify revoking my slot winnings as well. Frankly, I find this very untrustworthy. I understand others may have had positive experiences with this casino, but I’ve lost all faith in it. I would strongly discourage anyone, especially new players, from playing here, in case they happen to win and have their winnings taken away simply because the casino can.

i suppose i should not be surprised,  as i certainly. can not keep track of the Chipy Bonuses  Ive redeemed at any casino listed here. 

BUT, they shouldnt have let me redeem the coupons if the winning are not withdrawable...  The playthrough was $800.  It took me 4 hours to play off the $800 playthrough. It was fun as i became close to withdraw time.

Nothing to cry about, nothing to laugh about.  Pay attention to Chipy's fine print. They usually spell out the rules before we visit the casino.  Thats why they call it 'gambling'!

Sadly, I was totally hoping they would be different... But, I am sadly disappointed!!!! I RIGHTFULLY and FAIRLY WON $100.00 which was approved!!! But, out of the $100 I physically only saw $20!!!! I have been trying to write without success!!!! Play at your own risk!!! As soon as they make it right by giving me the remaining amount which is $89.43!!!! I'll change my review 

Opened the registration form and filled in the several fields, which, 1 of them, is the phone number. After that, the inclave wanted 2 verify my email address, sure, no problem. Then they wanted 2 verify the phone number (c printscreen). 1st There r no warning in the registration form about verifying the phone number, 2nd already counting on these 'smart guys', i didnt provide my real phone number. Demand phone number in the registration, 4 me, is an excess, so, not ended (and never wiil) registration here!

A lot of good games. Has all of favorites and new ones I can experience with free plays. Probably not the best out there but not that bad neither. I will let everyone know that it doesn't really suck.

For sure i wont deposit real money. My opinion, its a joke not anything seriously taken one. I hope its posted we all have our right to express opinion.
