I have an account here for more than 5 years, and if you want to play for fun, this is a good place, but i say again, exclusively for fun, because, for these "nightmare" group of casinos (this one and its sisters), all is for fun, the games, the slots, the cash out of the bonus they gave, etc. In 5 years, in this one and in its sisters, several times break the wager requirements, yet, never cashed out a cent. Try once to cash out in a sister casino of this (The Virtual) and i published (on the Jan19, 2016) the story! a scam!!

Here lately anytime I use a link from chipy to a casino it automatically logs me in via “inclave” this creates a new account at the casino if you have not already previously used inclave at said casino. This has caused grief as well as being chastised by support for having multiple accounts. In addition to this, twice now I have been “merged” into one account because duplicates are not allowed and both times I was “merged” into the newest account, the one with zero history. Once was of no real difference but the last time it was to my detriment because the original account had, in my opinion, substantial play on it. So player beware before using chipy links. This link steered me through inclave, and I just double checked it before making such a pointed review and it did it again, which is three times.

Lots of games. Unfortunately I can't get the bonuses because my country is excluded for this. 

Worst experience I have ever had at any casino. When I won a little and tried to withdraw It took weeks to verify my account and then there were only three options, wire transfer, their specific bit coin wallet or paper check. So I went through the wire transfer only to wait a few more weeks with it still saying processing. So I asked the live chat support what was the hold up and they just linked me to the withdrawal page and said to make a withdrawal go to this page and choose your method then follow the instructions. So I decided to try their Bitcoin wallet withdrawal.they linked me to a specific wallet to sign up and I do. Once my wallet is set up I start the withdrawal process again. Again it's processing for weeks. I go to support first they link me to the withdrawal page again with the same instructions. But this time I tell them no I have tried both of your methods and all my info is correct so the problem is on your end. Then the guy says...your account doesn't show any pending withdrawal requests or failed requests of any kind. Now I'm mad. So I offer to send him my screenshots of the withdrawal showing pending and dates and the emails and he ends chat. Then I look deeper and see that a paper check can be issued that will only be valid for 30 days , and can only be deposited at the bank associated with your account. So I request a check. I received the check and attempted to deposit it like I would any check, I use my banking app and take a photo and get an error message. So I figured I must not have gotten a clear enough pic. So I try again and my bank actually calls me and says that this is a bogus check and the issuing bank has been out of business for ( licence expired ) 10 years and any further attempts to deposit or cash this check would result in my bank account being frozen and permanently closed and me personally being red flagged and blocked from using any of their services in the future. Of course I complained to customer service only to be told that my withdrawal status says paid. So...this is not a casino I would recommend.

This is an okay place. I was lured in by the name, but it did not ring true for me. I like the games and bonuses but it seems like the same casino with a different face.
