Greetings aconway1978, we do not have the necessary information to review your account however the terms and conditions of the casino (and the free chips themselves) only allow one free chip between cash deposit/play sessions. Theoretically speaking if you had multiple consecutive free chips back to back with no cash deposit/play to separate them the requested withdrawal would be denied. As much as we would like to provide our players with free play time and time again until they win and cash out we just can't do that. We need to put a cap on that or the casino would need to close. The standard rule for free bonuses of any kind is one free bonus between cash deposit/play sessions.

We know this is not what you wanted to hear aconway1978, but it is indeed the facts. We do our best to provide full transparency regarding the rules of bonuses (and everything else!), there is even a pop-up when you attempt to redeem the coupon whish lists the terms of the bonus and forces you to sign it in order to redeem. Unfortunately, even when presented directly with the rules some folks just click through and play ignoring both the terms of the bonus, and the casino itself.

Greetings Swayne211, per the terms of the casino it can be up to 10 business days for review and approval with "manual" withdrawal methods. These forms of withdrawal require human review and approval (then a human being to issue payment) and depending on the volume of withdrawals (HUGE) it can take a bit for this to happen.

We would highly suggest two things:
1. Deposit with crypto currencies whenever possible! Your win on a credit card deposit was approved and paid out via Bitcoin as an exception, but when you deposit and win with crypto currencies you qualify for Bitcoin withdrawal automatically. Your requested withdrawal still needs to be reviewed, approved, and paid out by humans but it at least eliminates (almost all of) the lag time associated with traditional banking methods, once it is paid you got it almost instantly!

2. Coindraw is an automated review and payout system that can result in payment within hours, ALWAYS USE COINDRAW whenever it is available as an option. It pulls the humans almost completely out of the mix so you can get paid FAST!!!

Reviewing your account we are happy to see approval went through in less than 10 business days (exceeding the written terms), and you were you were PAID IN FULL via Bitcoin within 2 days of approval. 

We know that it is more likely to air your grievances than it is to express your satisfaction in any situation, but if winning and getting PAID IN FULL is a "scam" then sign us up!

As you had multiple consecutive free chips back to back with no cash deposit/play sessions to separate them, any resulting win would not be eligible for withdrawal. That said we see nothing of the incident mentioned here. There is no requested withdrawal, and no history of account confirmation or deposit. Greetings Vickit77, we reviewed your situation hoping to help but there is nothing we can do!

It is a bit complicated but we'll attempt to explain so you at least know what happened.

It comes down to your deposits. You made two cash deposits into the casino and played them (with no win on these deposits). For the protection of our players we use 3rd party payment providers on banking transactions coming and going from the casino, we credit your deposit immediately so you can have fun and play but we don't know if the transaction went through or not for some time because we don't receive it directly.

The bottom line is, your bank refused the deposits on your end (for whatever reason) and we were unable to collect the deposits.

The funds you won with were a deposit of "player's reward" points after your cash play. These points were accumulated by play on deposits that we were unable to collect. If the cash deposits and subsequent play were not valid then the accumulated rewards points are also invalid. You see the conundrum.

It's a lot, we know. 

It sounds like things are not going so well for you and we are genuinely sorry to be the bearers of bad news. Unfortunately the maximum cashout value on the win of $100 is not eligible for withdrawal in this case.

As you had multiple consecutive free chips back to back (stacked on top of each other) with no cash deposit/play to separate them the requested withdrawal will by all appearances be denied. Multiple accounts could be a secondary issue (and against the terms and conditions) as these additional accounts also were used for free chip redemption and there was no history of cash deposit in any of these accounts until after the recent win. Having fully audited the situation we find it unlikely you would qualify for the $100 maximum withdrawal in question however you may attempt to proceed (withdrawal has yet to be denied) by submitting a current Bitcoin address via customer service (litecoin is not an eligible currency for withdrawal).
