This casino is nothing but a scam! They seem legit until you win and want to withdraw your winnings. Then they will lie and make up any excuse so they don't have to pay you. In a year I used two bonuses they offer and that was their reason they wouldn't pay me. Bonus abuse. $12,000 loss, Not fair, rules are for both sides not just one side.

My name is Lori cantara, I am also known as mysticalgenius7, I’m sorry I don’t have my account number off hand at this time.
I am contacting you in regards to a recent jackpot that was won in the last week and a half - two weeks on keno it was a $10 bet and I matched 8 out of 10 numbers for a $12,000 jackpot. There was money in my account which I assumed was mine, so I played it like I normally play and I went ahead and cashed out around $14,000 at the time. So here I am enjoying my win playing a few more hours and come Monday morning my dreams were crushed I received an e-mail from Sam Adam’s, Stating I violated some type of rule. Apparently the money that was in my account was a gift from the VIP team I guess and this is disturbing because you know people shouldn’t just be putting money in other people’s accounts especially when you have rules that are looked after so attentively as the casinos are within the inclave network.
Now for me this was the second time I had a jackpot taken from me with some excuse that I deposited money into an account I guess and it already had money it which violated some policy so they took that $1800 and I was like fine you know what that’s on me you know I’ll take that loss but this $12,000 loss I refuse to take the loss on that is a complete loss anyway I believe the rules are there they’re there for a reason they’re there for the casino to follow as well as the players to follow now being a good player as I am I just wanted to touch base with you one last time to say that I am willing to take part of a loss but I am not willing to take all of the loss and I don’t want it where I have to replay the money I just want the money in this case with my permission in my account so looking at what I had cashed out I’m thinking that a 5050 split or thereabouts would be acceptable so I’m looking to get at least $6000 back.

Normally what happens and I don’t know why it didn’t happen in this case, because it does do it on slots garden where once you reach the playthrough that leaves you with a dollar amount so let’s say for example I did my playthrough and the Max coupon was $200 and let’s say I won $1000 so in this case and in every case that I’ve had with every casino that I’ve played with as far as inclave is concerned is they take the $800 and they make it go away managers discretion or whatever and I’m left with playing with the $200 well in my case this did not happen and it just continued once I played the playthrough the rules weren’t in place in the computer to let the computer know that these are the rules for this coupon. Now keep in mind I did not know the rules for this particular bonus because once again the money was just put in my account so how am I supposed to know when I’m playing you know jumping from casino to casino that you know what this is my money and I do leave money behind and I do it purposely so I know I have money later to play on a different machine or a different server.
So in conclusion I feel as if a $6000 retur, and straight money no playthrough is a reasonable offer considering that we were both at fault and for Ian Hart to tell me that I should have known that money doesn’t just appear in my account I have to cash in a bonus chip and in this case I didn’t cash in a bonus chip it was just there like I said. Mr. harts idea of trying to help the the inclave or slots garden server was to say to put it all on the player “hey you should have known better it’s your fault you should have stopped your play you should have contacted us in live chat. where I would sit there for 45 minutes to an hour for someone to respond to you and then it takes about another 45 minutes to well I should say 30 to 45 minutes in order for there to even start a resolution in this matter. I don’t feel that I should have to stop my gameplay in order to notify the casino of their policy that their software isn’t doing the job that it’s supposed to do. This is a simple software change add on whatever you want to call it the true false statement it’s simple unless you're using it to make an excuse not to pay somebody with that said I leave this in your hands I am a VIP 4 and I have no problem leaving. Although it's not something I would want to do.

Any time there is "mystery" money in your account it is important to check with VIP or customer service to confirm the associated rules, in this case it was a free chip in play with a max cashout limit. Decent Casino - Issue with links
Slots Garden Casino offers some pretty good bonuses that keep things interesting. The games are your standard fare but still fun. However, dealing with their support has been a headache. I've been trying to get in touch with someone through their chat or other links, but nothing's working. It's frustrating because the links just don't do what they're supposed to do.




They won't honor withdrawls
I love the inclave casinos. I added a whole lot of them. I usually play on sun but received a coupon for 150 spins. So sure I played it and lost almost all. Was under 1.00 and started over and built myself up to a whopping 2200.00. Decided to cash out. So. I cashed out for 2100.00. This was on Christmas day. It came when needed the most. However I was asked to deposit 10 dollars in crypto to verify my wallet. I did this. Then the withdrawal was requested and accepted and even got confirmation and a hearty Congrats. But here we go.....the instant crypto withdrawal definitely wasn't. Was told it would take 7 - 10 days. I kept checking daily, no changes. Just said processing.... finally I began the email dance. 1st person who finally got back to me. Was very nice and congratulations were extended again I was told there was a heavy request load because of the holidays but should be here very soon. After no changes 2 days later I sent another. No response....so I thought. While checking my sent bin I discovered a response that was hidden within the thread telling me I was denied because I played too many bonuses. Not true. Frustrating cash out
This casino has a nice variety of games and I was actually able to make it all the way through the pay through requirements. And I am now in the process of TRYING to cash out. It says that I have to deposit 10$ through a crypto account. And thats easier said than done. Its not really all that user friendly. And really frustrating. I contacted customer service and was on hold for just about 45 mins. And when I did get someone to talk to, I asked them to walk me through it and all they did was send me a long explanation as to what to do. Then told me to have a nice nite. . After I figure out how to put 10 on through the crypto thing because the casino has a min deposit of 30$ i will let you know how that goes.





Payout problems
Well this is a bummer to write about. I’m actually going this extra step so that maybe someone here at chippy will read this and try to help me get my payout. Okay so I signed up at this casino around the end of February and took advantage of there no deposit welcome bonus. I read the T’s & C’s of the bonus and abided by all the stipulations and required playthroughs. The max cash out on this no deposit bonus is $100 and of course you must verify your identity like at every other online casino before any payout is given. One other thing that I found odd was that in order for me to withdrawal any winnings from a no deposit bonus I had to send a one time $10 dollar deposit which is stipulated as part of the verification terms but just kind of kills the whole no deposit bonus welcome which is advertised but if you read the fine print you will have to make a deposit. So Anyways as I jump thru hoops and gave them everything they asked for and did everything that was required of me I finally placed my withdrawal request on 3/05/24 now the terms do state it takes 7-10 business days just for it to be reviewed and another 5-7 for processing it . It’s 3/23/24 and my withdrawal request is stuck on pending. When I asked for an update on my payout I was told “ the issue was escalated to the payouts department and I would be given an update,” so I wait a week and nothing. I get online and have to go through customer support once again and this I’m told “ that they sent a request for payment and to please allow 48 hrs.” OK cool 48 hrs. later and nothing. So here I go to customer support to contact them once again and this time they told me “that the documents department was requesting my proof of citizenship???” (Wtf??!! I’ve already gave then my California identification card, my proof of residency, bank statement as well as that deposit in order for me to get this payout.) I kindly let the customer service representative know “ I’ve already verified who I am.” he responded that “no my ID won’t work “ he was specifically asking me to give him a birth certificate or a passport I told him “ I have a SSC wouldn’t that be proof of my citizenship?” and he replied that “I can try and send it but that it may get rejected by the documents department and he bid me a good day and to let them know once I’ve sent them the requested documents.” and that was this morning. So with all that said stay away from here and save yourself a headache. I’ve just been getting the run around and I would appreciate it if someone would be willing to help me out and reach out slotsgarden on my behalf.




Never going to get my money!
After winning $300 I have been waiting almost a month for a bitcoin withdrawal! It seems that there are a lot of these types of casinos popping up. Same thing with avantegard casino. I win but can't ever cash out. Another one said I went over the allowed bet. After reading the fine print it said max bet $10. However they allow you to bet more! Ha! So I got nothing.
