I got screwed out of $160 on a technicality that, while I admit was partially my fault for not reading the T&C's thoroughly, shouldn't have even been possible in the first place. Here's what happened:

I was playing with a $20 bonus and accidentally clicked the "Buy Feature" button on a slot game—a feature that lets you purchase direct entry into a bonus round. I completed the $720 playthrough requirement and cashed out. The casino seized my $160 in winnings, citing that using the Buy Feature with bonus money violates their terms and conditions.

The Real Problem: This Is Intentionally Designed to Trap Players

Here's the kicker: when you're using a "Free Spins" coupon on this same platform, the Buy Feature button is disabled/unclickable. You literally cannot make this mistake. So why isn't the same protection applied when using regular bonus money? 

The answer is obvious: it's intentionally left clickable to create a trap. They want players to make this "violation" so they have a ready-made excuse to confiscate winnings. It's not about protecting the integrity of their bonus system—it's about manufacturing reasons not to pay out.

The Ironic Part: I Literally Praised Them 3 Days Ago

Just three days before this happened, I cashed out 200 that I won from a cash deposit. The payout was fast and smooth, so I actually sent them an email that same day gushing about how great they are, how quickly they processed my withdrawal, and how professional their operation was. I was genuinely impressed and ready to be a loyal, long-term player.

My Advice:

If you're going to play here (which I don't recommend), screenshot every T&C page and pray you don't accidentally click the wrong pixel. Better yet, find a casino that actually protects its players from "violations" rather than baiting them into them.

This isn't player protection—it's player predation disguised as policy. And they'll happily take your praise right before they take your winnings.

I got the $130.00 sign up bonus. The wagering requirements were $1800.00, With a max cash out of $100.00. When I met my requirements, I had a balance of $864.00. I immediately went to the cashier to withdraw my money. I couldn't withdraw it until I verified my identity. So I uploaded my license and the page refreshed and my money was gone. It was at $0.00 and when I reached out to customer service, they actually tried to gaslight me and say it was gone because I placed 4 bets of $25.00 each totaling $100.00 but I know for a FACT I didn't because I wasn't even in a game. All of my transactions are conveniently missing. I was playing for almost an hour and there are only 5 transactions showing. This is a scam! DO NOT DEPOSIT REAL MONEY!!!!

I absolutely love Mr. O I have been with them for over two years. I've deposited a bunch of withdrawn so many times you withdraw request gets approved instantly you get your money within 10 minutes Mr. O and eternal slots. Their sister Casino is absolutely incredible. Their VIP team is incredibly generous with their promotions and free chips and daily rewards.

It's super difficult to navigate the site; everything is in English. The deposit amounts are high, and the bonuses are also very high. Verification is a nightmare. The chat is useless to me because it's also in English. What else? The colors look good, but they're not great. I thought it would be better. No promotions.

Well, i've played with them for a while now.And I fell into the pitfall that a lot of players will fall into, which is claiming multiple free bonuses. Because although you're allowed to redeem the bonus coupon.If you've claimed more than one bonus without depositing, excluding your free spins for purchasing, then, your winnings become null and void.That's just the way it is. Also, you have to take into account the amount of the bonus you received in the very beginning will also be subtracted from your winnings.So as long as you can keep those two things in your head straight, then your math should be good.I've had a couple of good withdrawals, and it's a pleasant experience. The first time you withdraw, they will deny you, and it seems like they're going to take your money.But they're not gonna take your money, they just want you to do the additional verifications, which is the basic photo.Identification proof of address selfie pretty simple, actually.

Polite casino, however They’ve taken the already bad RTG software that no one plays anymore and made it impossible. A lot of the games are  blocked, not only progressives when you get a bonus. Also, my favorite Slots don’t download. Like ronin and many others.. basically the Slots that are good, They block. Terrible odds. Will ruin anyone’s holidays and put you in a very bad mood. The good news is it will cure any kind of RTG doubts or addiction. You’ll never want play another RTG in your life. All in all it is a great casino they have a great variety of games the RTP varies of course but if you do your research you can find out which games hit and how and you can play accordingly but I've only cashed out one time it was a good one and it was fast also I didn't have to wait long but it was also a crypto deposit I've deposited with cards also but have not cashed out with those yet so I cannot get my opinion on that but the customer service is really great they answer your questions quickly they do what they can to assist you and they give a lot of great bonuses and I think that's what makes a good casino.

This casino is very easy to navigate through the home screen and also I'm very giving with the bonus offered for the three and a half thousand chips I think it was sorry I cannot upload the photo because I wasn't thinking property at the time. 

However there was another casino that I went to renew my rewards at which didn't give them to me it said I wasn't eligible for them which cost me 4,000 Flippy coins important note to remember is that if it's not your first time at that casino make sure you have deposited real money before you try and claim one of those big cash bonuses as I found out the hard way

I deposited my money and won over 800 dollars when I tried to withdraw my winnings of course there were stipulations. So I kept playing until I met the stipulations I the agreement. So I tried to withdraw again and they denied me again. This time they came with more stipulations. So I played so more and tried to withdraw again and long and behold I was denied again. So I chatted with a live agent Nicholas and he gave me more BS about I have to leave what I earned and can only withdraw what I deposited and that's wasn't the agreement when I deposited my money. This site is a SCAM AND THEY DON'T INTEND TO PAYOUT SO DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

Thet used to be awsome now they are becoming like all the ones everyone doesn't like to play at. Their games have frquent errors and the will not return your bet when this happens they just keep it and tell you to email support and they will never returm your email or ebwn respond at all so basicly the steal your money and dont even provide any kind of game play for the momey they just took it is very unfair and unreasonable to act like this and very unprofessonal

The bonus I tried worked! Unfortunately, I didn't get to try and cash out so idk how seamless their cash out system does or does not work. Seems to be very similar to most other online slots casinos. I didn't interact with customer service so I cannot comment there. I was able to play off and on most of the day with that $100 fee sign up bonus.

I won over $ 2,400.00. However, they denied my redemption, claiming I had used too many coupons in a row and took everything. I have PROOF that I had deposited between coupons, tried to email them 3x they refuse to answer, along with the live support. They accused me of "Coupon Abuse" but wouldn't let me show proof that it was not the case. Plus, one of the emails they gave to contact could not be delivered. This was over a month ago. they find ANY reason they can to refuse. ALSO in their policy, which I went through, AND sent them, they state that anyone they find "Abusing Coupons" will be banned from site or not allowed to continue to use coupons. GUESS who still sends me coupons??? 3x a day!! They Enocourage "Coupon Abuse."  Most platforms will inform you if you have not deposited before using a coupon, AND WILL NOT LET YOU USE THEM. They take my money REAL easy like, but to get yours? They advertise "A True Transparent Relationship," with "No Fine Print," wanting to build "Trusting Long Lasting Relationships." This casino picks and chooses who they want to abide by their promos with. Despite making 4 deposits in a week, I was placed on 1 deposit/1 bonus without warning or notification.
