MrO Came Through
Updated Review: They Made It Right
I have to give MrO Casino credit where it's due. After my previous negative experience where my $160 withdrawal was declined due to accidentally using Buy Feature with bonus funds, I left a very unflattering review.
The good news: They reviewed my case and reversed their decision. The $160 I won was paid out.
Why this matters: Look, I was frustrated—my initial review made that clear. I still think the platform's UI could be more consistent (disabling Buy Feature for all bonus play, not just Free Spins). But here's the thing: a casino's true character isn't whether disputes happen, it's how they handle them.
MrO listened. They reviewed the transaction. They changed their mind. That takes integrity in an industry where many operators just hide behind T&Cs and ignore players.
I've now had two cashouts here—one from a cash deposit, one from this resolved bonus dispute. Both paid. Both processed extremely quickly (the money was in my bank in less than an hour) once approved. The games are solid, the platform runs smooth, and when I actually needed them to step up and do the right thing, they did.
I went from ready to blacklist them to genuinely planning to keep playing here. That turnaround doesn't happen unless a casino actually cares about keeping players happy.
Bottom line: Mistakes happen on both sides. What matters is that MrO proved they'll fix theirs. That's rare, and it earns my loyalty. Thank you, MrO.

I got screwed out of $160 on a technicality that, while I admit was partially my fault for not reading the T&C's thoroughly, shouldn't have even been possible in the first place. Here's what happened:
I was playing with a $20 bonus and accidentally clicked the "Buy Feature" button on a slot game—a feature that lets you purchase direct entry into a bonus round. I completed the $720 playthrough requirement and cashed out. The casino seized my $160 in winnings, citing that using the Buy Feature with bonus money violates their terms and conditions.
The Real Problem: This Is Intentionally Designed to Trap Players
Here's the kicker: when you're using a "Free Spins" coupon on this same platform, the Buy Feature button is disabled/unclickable. You literally cannot make this mistake. So why isn't the same protection applied when using regular bonus money?
The answer is obvious: it's intentionally left clickable to create a trap. They want players to make this "violation" so they have a ready-made excuse to confiscate winnings. It's not about protecting the integrity of their bonus system—it's about manufacturing reasons not to pay out.
The Ironic Part: I Literally Praised Them 3 Days Ago
Just three days before this happened, I cashed out 200 that I won from a cash deposit. The payout was fast and smooth, so I actually sent them an email that same day gushing about how great they are, how quickly they processed my withdrawal, and how professional their operation was. I was genuinely impressed and ready to be a loyal, long-term player.
Three. Days. Later. They pulled this stunt and showed me exactly what kind of operation they really are. Turns out they're happy to pay out when it costs them nothing to look good, but the second they can find a technicality to screw you? They'll take it without hesitation. The "great casino" I praised so highly was just setting me up for the long con.
Why This Is a Dirtbag Move:
- Inconsistent UI design: They clearly have the technical capability to disable the button (proven by the Free Spins coupon functionality), but choose not to for regular bonuses
- Predatory by design: Instead of preventing the error, they profit from it
- Two-faced operation: Fast payouts for small wins to build trust, then trap you for the bigger ones
- Bad faith operation: A legitimate casino would block impossible actions rather than allow them and punish players after the fact
My Advice:
If you're going to play here (which I don't recommend), screenshot every T&C page and pray you don't accidentally click the wrong pixel. Better yet, find a casino that actually protects its players from "violations" rather than baiting them into them.
This isn't player protection—it's player predation disguised as policy. And they'll happily take your praise right before they take your winnings.

Fun Casino
I got a different feel from the other casinos I'd played. When I first got on this site I found it to be easily navigated. Got a pay-out pretty early, and customer service was quick to help me get it

Terrible rtg. Spent thousands here only to get robbed. They are petty. They took away my right to claim lcb codes and weekend spins. I wouldn't recommend this casino. Unless you like to be ripped off.

SCAM!!!!DO NOT DEPOSIT REAL MONEY!!!
I got the $130.00 sign up bonus. The wagering requirements were $1800.00, With a max cash out of $100.00. When I met my requirements, I had a balance of $864.00. I immediately went to the cashier to withdraw my money. I couldn't withdraw it until I verified my identity. So I uploaded my license and the page refreshed and my money was gone. It was at $0.00 and when I reached out to customer service, they actually tried to gaslight me and say it was gone because I placed 4 bets of $25.00 each totaling $100.00 but I know for a FACT I didn't because I wasn't even in a game. All of my transactions are conveniently missing. I was playing for almost an hour and there are only 5 transactions showing. This is a scam! DO NOT DEPOSIT REAL MONEY!!!!
