A while ago I redeemed a no-deposit code, won, and completed my deposit verification, but I couldn't withdraw my money. They offered to refund my deposit, but they still haven't returned it, and they also closed my account. The reason they gave me was that I was underage, what a load of nonsense!

I had just experienced the worst case scenario for online gaming and not getting paid! Customer suppor not,!?! RTG greatness. Typical RTG casino with lots of bonuses available for both newbies and already registered players. Look around before you pick the first bonus you can see. Don't forget to deposit in between claiming those free ones though. You may be able to claim multiple bonuses but it doesn't mean you are eligible for a withdrawal 

I grabbed the $50 free chip just to test things out. The bonus came through without problems and I could play right away. Some of the games were fun, and I didn’t hit any major glitches.

But the site itself feels a little outdated and slow at times, especially on mobile. The loading takes forever and it just gave me a bit of a “meh” feeling. Playing here for many years now and have won a boatload of money, , a couple years ago it got pretty rough it like the machines were tighter than mother Theresa's snatch. It's so close to what I've been looking for but here are the reasons I won't deposit again.  Withdraw wait time is massive.  It took more than 10 days to approve my withdrawal.  It then took an additional 12 days to send it after the funds were approved.  In total, it was well over 2 weeks.  But, I did get paid.  So they do follow through.  You'll just have a full beard by the time they do.  Like the rest of the Inclave sites I've tried, you can only use ONE SINGLE coupon before you have to deposit.  Oh yes, you can definitely redeem more than one consecutively, but after the first, you will NOT be able to cash out successfully. There are other sites, like Mr O Casino, that allow you to redeem up to 5 coupons before deposit.   If the inclave sites did the same, I would absolutely deposit here again.  Wait time or not.  ​​​​​​​

The support is rude, I won a good amount of money, they won't wire transfer to any credit union. They wouldn't help me with my crypto wallet. They told me to be patient and still has yielded no dollars in my account. You ask for a paper check from them, they said 6-8 months before you'll get it. Not only that but while you're waiting on withdrawal request they will not allow you to take advantage of a single bonus or comp point. Not too fair if you ask me. 

I deposited $50 , and then won $50 . It clearly says minimum withdrawal for Bitcoin is $50. I did all the paperwork sent photocopies of my ID my utility bills through 16 different kinds of verification. I messaged the account through in app messaging. Beware of this site, I have had nothing but issues. I won a buy in tournament and was credited with $500 which was supposed to be withdraw-able. I was verified within minutes the when putting in the request for a wire transfer the screen prompts you please allow 5 business days. I followed up 4 days later and spoke with a supervisor who should not be a supervisor or even a customer service representative. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. He then stated it was 7 to 10 business days. He advised that a crypto transaction would be quicker. After canceling my transaction he advised the process would restart and it would be an additional 7 to 10 business days. I asked to speak to someone else and he told me no one was available. I received a call from my slot host the next day who advised that I would need to play 1x the 500 in order to make the withdrawal. I ended up playing about 10x the 500 and had nothing left. My host did give me a 500 credit but it had a 20,000 play through and we all no your not gonna win with those odds. He also stated that I was entitled to weekly and monthly cash back and possibly other bonuses.
