Royal Ace Casino is overall aight. The site is clean and easy to navigate, and if you can’t find something, you probably just didn’t look properly. There aren’t any major differences compared to other casinos – everything is fine, but nothing really stands out.
I like the Easy sign-up/registration, frequently using InClave.
Many promotions, free spins, match bonuses, and a VIP/loyalty program, is also very good.
What really bothered me, though, is the withdrawal process. It’s extremely difficult to actually get your winnings out. Maybe it’s easier from other countries, but I can only speak from my own experience: it feels like obstacles are deliberately put in your way to prevent you from cashing out. After several attempts, I eventually gave up bcuz the Withdrawal/payment-method complications and country exclusions made me almost crazy tho .. But that's on me!

I like this casino. It's fun and simple, even though the layout is not my favorite. Works well, not the smoothest I've been to, but definitely good enough to not ruin the experience. Bonuses are good and the no deposit bonus worked smoothly. Registration was easy. Has a good variety of games.
The biggest minus for me is that responsible gaming is not brought up atleast in a way that's easy to run to just by getting to know the casino.

Level 7United StatesSame here . I've been spinning online reels now for 13 years and I have never experienced such a let down and disappointment from bad ethics as I have with this casino . I'd played at Royal Ace lightly at first only making just a few minimum deposits . I think back then it was around $20 -$25 for minimum deposits but one night I got very lucky and hit for about 2200. I left it in my balances for a few days while I took time to read up on the T&C's and double check to make sure I'd met my wager . Turns out , in order to withdraw I was going to have to make a deposit so I did exactly just that and continued to play. I played through the night and I by the next morning my balance was over 40k. I was shocked and excited and ready to withdraw after seeing I was eligible to withdraw 100% . I followed the steps for withdrawal and support said I had to deposit again. At that point the t started feeling real scammy seeing as I met all my play through balances and all the requirements but bc my balance was 40k I decided it was worth it to send 1more last deposit in lieu of being able to cash out 40k. I make that final deposit and of course it pushed my play through balance back so I was gonna have to continue to play. My balance went up and down from 40k to 39k and as far down as around 26k and finally I'd met my play through. Once again I take the necessary steps for withdrawal and the minute it submitted my withdrawal request suddenly I was logged out and returned to the log in page. I'm thinking I'd probably hit a button on my laptop or something but then when I couldn't log in and kept getting the wrong password error message ,it started becoming clear this wasn't due to me hitting a button. This was done intentionally to keep me from successfully withdrawing . I didn't get any emails notifying me of why this happened and I had to jump through too many hoops to reach someone who would help me understand what went wrong and when I finally did reach someone ,they gave me a made up ,very fraudulent reason stating if violated a term and/or policy but couldn't state what exactly it was that I did . It was more like " oh u know what u did " which I found to be highly unprofessional.. I only had one account at royal ace so they couldn't say it was due to multiple accounts . At the time they allowed back to back coupons and some promotions were allowed back to back including free spins or free chips but none of what was played as even on their dime so none of it made the first bit of sense and the only logical explanation is that 40k was a bit too rich for that casinos blood for cashing out and clearly since they couldn't afford to pay out on top of getting me to deposit over and over with the empty promise of cashing out I came to the conclusion that this casino wasn't planning on operating fairly or legit for every single player who chose to spend time and money playing with them . Good riddance to bad rubbish is how I feel . Oddly enough ,I've seen plenty more f gambling sites that placed this Royal Ace as a black listed casino with the **warning** label by their name . They might be good for small cash outs here and there but I have never witnessed such bad business ethics at any online casino anywhere to this day as what I experienced at Royal Ace. Bonuses come with rules, free bonuses (generally speaking) have a playthrough (amount you must play to qualify for cashout) and maximum cashout (the maximum amount of cash that can be withdrawn on a bonus). I've been waiting for at least 7 days for them to deposit my funds into my account. I have 3 withdrawals pending for a total of $5,488.00. I won a tournament here for 500 dollars. I put 380 in to win. It was a30.00 buy in tournament.. well I cowbell the agent to see how much play through I had left. It's supposed to be 1x play through. He says 468.00 let do I play. Till I think I'm done. I contact the agent again he said. All done. I put in for with draw. I come can and see it for kicked out. I contact the agent. They tell me I have played 936.00 on. 20000. I'm like WHAT??? THAT'S NOT RIGHT. I WON THIS MONEY IN A TOURNAMENT. they're say sorry this tournament has 40x play through. WHAT? Here's the good news, this was not intentional, it makes utterly no sense to make you work so hard to withdraw in this situation, we entirely agree. The win should have had the standard 1x playthrough for tournament wins listed in the terms and conditions and we have taken the steps necessary to assure this doesn't happen again in the future.
Now here's the rub. You lost all of your funds trying to make the (unnecassary) playthrough and there are no longer any funds in the system to withdraw.
Because of the context of the situation we are going to re-deposit the 1x maximum cashout value of the win ($500) and allow you to withdraw it. Great right?
The deposit has to be done by the head of the requisite department and will take some time, perhaps a few hours (or longer). Please log into your account tomorrow and request the $500 for withdrawal, also visit customer service via live chat and update your Bitcoin address.
Once this is all complete we will do what we can to get those funds out the door for you.

I have spoken directly with Royal Ace and they have promised to change the rules as this is more logical (1x playthrough) HOWEVER, please pay very close attention to the advertised terms for each offer individually. You are aware now aware of the situation and until changes are made (it could take some time) you will be accountable for following the rules associated from here forward. Hopefully this will be standardized (as happens sometimes) among our supported brands but there are no guarantees on this.

Every casino has a different answer. But the ones who haven't read my file always answer 1x play through. Royal ace had not changed the rules. I have transcript of me asking this weekend about it's rules for this weekend tournament and then telling me they can't find anything about those tournaments anywhere. While they were running. And telling me they are usually 1x play through. I don't understand the logic in this approach with me as I spend a lot of money and rarely make it through 1x playthrough. What I do understand is 1, you guys are tired of hearing from me, although you've done nothing different. It's still not posted anywhere on any of your sites.( which is why I have the impression it's not the same for everybody) 2. all you agents have a hard time looking up tournament individually, which leads me to believe it's not something you do, 3. I've been told that they are going to do something, and it never ends up happening. Forget ever getting paid you're winnings...such a headache. As you had multiple consecutive free chips (due to having mutiple player accounts this was not your first free chip) back to back with no cash deposit/play to separate them the requested withdrawal was denied. Multiple accounts is a secondary issue (and against the terms and conditions) but can be cleared up with customer service if the infraction is minor and obviously unintentional or the player can prove through documentation that they are separate individuals not in the same household. Thirdly (even if we were to ignore all of the above), a quick check of your country within the terms and conditions would show that Mexico is an allowed country for deposit and play but not eligible for free chips unless directly issued to you by the casino. The withdrawal was denied for all of these reason but can see the account confirmation deposit ($8) you placed was immediately refunded to you... So we shoud be all square!
