So I'll start by saying they have paid out 2/3 withdrawals I've requested, and I do believe the 3rd will be paid as well. My issue is with the support. I won an amount where I had to do the remainder of my balance through Bitcoin as I exceeded the coindraw limit. This has been the most frustrating experience. I was originally told it'll take 7-10 business days through Bitcoin. Annoying, but whatever.. No, it's actually 7-10 business days to be approved, and then once approved another 7-10 business days before they have to pay you. It took 14 business days for my withdraw to be approved, and when I contacted them asking if I could be paid on the 7th business day after approval they said they could not because it's within time frame still, I explained will it went over the original time frame, if it hasn't this would be the 11th business day for the second time frame. I was told well it's within the time frame from when it was actually approved so they are on track. I said so that time frame is pointless cause you can take as long as you need and it doesn't matter? And they stopped responding. I asked if I could just talk to management or someone that could maybe send out my payment on the 7th business day after approval since I waited 14 business days and they would not even get me to someone who I could ask. They refused. I requested my withdraw 11/19 it was approved 12/9 and as of today (the 8th business day after approval) I have not received it. It would have been such a big help if they would have sent it today, but of course not. I feel like if I would have talked to someone in banking or wherever, they would have just sent it real quick, but their support team will not help me get in touch with someone who has that capability. 

Thirty days is completely unacceptable in this day and age if I can fund my account in less than ten minutes, then certainly they can get my winnings to me within the hour. It is ridiculous that these casinos want to hold on to our money for up to thirty days after we legitimately win it. I will not support sites that do that.And unfortunately, captain jack is among the offenders.

I love Captain Jack Casino my sign up bonus was either $100 free chip or 100 free spins it's been awhile so I'm not sure which, but either way one of the better sign up bonuses. I loved the games. I won and put in for a withdraw with coindraw. I was told 168 hours.  After the time was up they told me 2 more days in a row I would get paid that night.  Here it is 3 days past the given time frame and they said coindraw is not available to me and I have to start over with bitcoin and that I can check back in next week so they could try to escalate it. Shady, unprofessional and should be illegal. Also bonuses aren't available to me on any more on their site and their sisters sites. They say im in a different class.  They aren't used to people winning.  Tells you how hard it is to do.  Not cool. 

I really enjoy RTG casinos because of the bonuses, the easy and smooth journey through registration etc however, this wasn't really floating my boat for some reason.. It wants as smooth, just felt off. Lagged. Also, wouldn't accept some of the free no deposit bonus codes, even the ones they actually advertise etc. 

I received a promotion about receiving 40 coins no deposit in order to withdraw $100 I would have to make 1200 which I did also had to send money from my verification through a crypto wallet which I did for the m to only deny me and not only deny me for the hundred that I won but also took the money I deposited into the account for verification stay away from this site complete rip off oh yeah and support literally took about an hour to answer me on the chat and I'm not even joking

Horrible long story short I never used a bonus or double accounts won 11, 000 they cam e up with every excuse in book need a bank statement going back a month to show purchase for casino . Did that then they said they can't send it to my bank I need to give them another financial institution...... they won't take credit union federal or chime cash app skrilla ok then what banks do you accept citi and Wells Fargo on your information page it doesn't say anything about those are the only 2 banks they transfer too and unless you deposit bit coin they won't withdrawal it that way. Then I say if I go open a account at a citi bank or Wells Fargo it has to be open at least 30 with a balance of thirty dollars Wtf...... are you kidding me what my balance is don't have nothing to do with you giving me the money I legitimately won. So I am exploring avenues to make them responsible we all answer to some one maybe getting every one who has had nothing but problems together boy cotting and getting them shut down then the customer support treats you like your trying to rip them off any advise or what steps can be taken

was up to $3,000 when I hit my playthrough amount and brought me down to $100 automatically I spun it again and hit a bonus and ended up with $800 when I tried to withdraw they denied the withdrawal and get me back my $10 that I deposited to verify it despite having a 100 dollar Max cash out I was denied cashing out any money they called me a few weeks later and gave me a $200 free chip which I didn't hit the first time on another enclave casino that will go through anyway to come up with an excuse to deny withdrawal I'm sure they'll come on here and give some excuse why i couldn't withdraw but in the end it's just another excuse save your time and play somewhere that allows withdrawal

I used a coupon for free spins and I won 150 dollars at the casino and they made me deposit before I could receive the amount I won.... so deposited money....  they didn't say they had a minimum of 30 dollars that needed to bee deposited.... so basically my deposit wasn't good enough for them so they just kept raising the amount on the deposit and wouldn't cash me the 150 dollars I won.... I personally think this casino is a scam..... do not play it..... they will just keep eating up ur money and not cash u out.    I talked to support and all they did was argue with me.    They were no help what so ever... in fact there staff r a*s h***s.... someone should really shut them down...

This by far was the worst casino experience I've ever had. First I win and get a balance of $250 and was ready to cash out. They had me use coindraw which I had never used before but figured it out with no help from them. Had to send them a small deposit to confirm my account. Everything was fine and then my balance was gone and all that was left was the small deposit that I made which was now not meet their minimum withdrawal requirements. So they took my money and then some. After waiting for a representative for over half an hour the excuse they gave me for doing this was that I had multiple accounts with them which is untrue. And when I ask them for proof I was hung up on. Be careful before using them they are crooks and thieves!!! 

I had submitted 2 withdrawals on 12/23, after being a depositing player for a year. They were finally approved on 1/23/24. Deposit via Bitcoin, in which the site states 2 days for Bitcoin deposits to my account. Still waiting . Not one deposit has been made. It's past the 10 business day excuse. Support is not giving me any explanation at all at this point. 

I was mentioned this Casino by a friend --- similar to sunny spins  and Pacific Spins ---- bonus codes were rewarding  and gave lots of opportunities for FS etc.  

The 25 free chip offer was exciting. Especially with it being a dollar bet. It didn't really win much. Just a few dollars to keep playing. So all in all, I would have liked to atleast win 20 out of the 25. To play a little longer.

Personally o think it might of  been the customer support department that ruined it for me they were no help and quite rude, but nice welcome bonus

Was a nice casino had some pretty good games I was only a free user with their bonuses and chips that gave up after they downright refused to let me withdraw any winnings it's okay if you just wanna play their free chips and never cash anything out because you'll never get it if you want it
