My experience with Slot Madness Casino was pretty disappointing. I ended up winning a slot tournament, which was exciting, but then found out I wasn’t eligible to receive the winnings because it was a free tournament for players and not a “free roll” tournament. I understand that rules are rules and that part is on me for not noticing the difference, but what really ruined the experience was the customer service. Instead of explaining it in a helpful way, they were rude and dismissive, which completely killed any excitement I had. After that interaction, it honestly made me not want to spend any money there at all.

The chipy bonus didn't work as it said I needed to deposit ( you know for a no deposit bonus ) so I went to support. They offered a slightly different no deposit bonus and I said thank you wish me luck. He said I wish you the best. I have never been so unlucky in my life. I spun cash bandits 1 penny 1 line when I got down to 12 bucks from 25 and never not once hit the bonus. Other than that it seems to be a copy paste of one of the usual casinos. But damn really you can't wish some one luck? Because everyone knows, at BEST you break even. So I guess I broke even but damn that was the quickest I've ever 1penny1lined ever. 

I use a free chip coupon and I won the grand jackpot over $15,000 on September 18th 2025 ,  they took $1522.00 from me. After they took the grand jackpot from me I continued playing I did deposit some money but they re saying that I canceled the wire transfer I have proof from my bank  that I didn't cancel it. I won almost $1000 I tired to cash. Out 650 but they. Took 250 from me so I decided to take the other 400 and use it before it vanishes. 
on September 24th i used a ndb code and i won the grand  jackpot on the same slot machine Fortunt Buddha  didn't see any of that money either. Did this ever happen to anyone else ? From what I experienced from  this casino is that they are rip offs and they don't like to pay out, they have no problem taking your money but when it's time for them to pay you  they take their sweet ass time paying. They take wire transfer from you and they get it right away but they won't send you a wire transfer when  you win. I thought they would have at least paid me the 650 I was trying to withdraw.

Why on earth would anyone need a utility bill and a FULL MONTHS Bank statement in order to authorize a withdrawal when they have the card on file in my name (billing details that match my current address) and a valid ID on file?

I'm kicking my self right now I relieved a bonus and had alot of fun play there games I finished the wagering and hit about 800. When I went to cash out I could find my ID so I couldn't verify my identity. I highly recommend this sight on one spin I hit 400 betting 2 dollars and the wagering was super quick. I would of gave 0 stars, when it comes to cashing out they give you excuse after excuse so they don't have to pay you. You can't never get through to talk to anyone and they cut you off on chat support. So issues never get resolved. They scam all this people and they need to get Stopped and shut down.
