So I started with a bonus, I had already deposited a couple before this bonus.  And i completed my spin through. And im havinga heck of a time reaching anyone by chat or email. The one support lady i did speak with the other day said I have ro options to withdraw. One was take 500$ of my winnings they would send it through btc and I would have to forfeit the remaining 1300$ i had won or go open a new bank acct and get one months worth of transactions.  Both those are crazy to me ! Thats not how a casino works at all. So im still struggling to reach someone.  5 days ive been waiting for email support to reply to me wen they said no more than 72 hours.  So its dissapointing to me that A casino thats been around for so long would behave in such a manor. I want a grand jackpot off of using free chips, it then reset back down to $100 the limit for the amount that you can win, which was the amount that I was allowed to withdraw and instead of withdrawing, I chose to gamble with that and I spun it up to $600 and when I cashed it out, they gave me 11. Some casinos you can just tell opted in for lower RTP versions of slots, and this is most definitely one of them. not the worst I've been on, but $30 free chip was all i needed to save myself the deposit and move on to the next casino.
