I want a grand jackpot off of using free chips, it then reset back down to $100 the limit for the amount that you can win, which was the amount that I was allowed to withdraw and instead of withdrawing, I chose to gamble with that and I spun it up to $600 and when I cashed it out, they gave me 11. These morons actually are trying to say that you can only withdraw the same amount that you put in but that's not how a casino works.

This casino will never pay out. 

I have been trying to make a withdrawal for 2 months. My identity was verified, as was my bank account, address, etc. I tried withdrawing by check, wire, and bitcoin, and each time the money was put back in my account after about 10 days without explanation. So I would follow with another withdrawal using a different method, still no withdrawal.  When I finally contacted them through chat, I was given an email address to send additional info. When I did, I was told it was not good enough because I used a joint account. So, I sent a different bank account, and then they just started blocking my emails.

Every time I try to contact them, the email is blocked on their end. Be aware they will never pay out any winnings, so play someplace else, like Chumba casino, which is a legitimate site.

Some casinos you can just tell opted in for lower RTP versions of slots, and this is most definitely one of them. not the worst I've been on, but $30 free chip was all i needed to save myself the deposit and move on to the next casino.
