Cash out delay

Aside from a couple small $100 cash outs from free chips (which I received the cash out within an hour or so) I had one cash out from a deposit which was processed also within an hour or two for $3400. Since that cash out I have deposited $2500. 4 days ago or so  I placed a $1250 cash out and they still have not processed it and still pending. Site states instant cash outs.  I keep getting told that the compliance department needs to verify my game play with the slot provider. I will gladly revise my review if they approve this cash out.

    If you're not from the countries listed in my screenshot, then you are still welcome to deposit but withdrawal might be an issue as it gladly receives from non-listed countries but lef un answered by support if you are not from these countries,  My last question had no response and we were in a conversation then they just stopped replying as I'm not from one of the countries that matter to them.

Holding Withdrawal

I won a jackpot on a game. I cashed out at $2000 on Friday at 9:14 pm. My withdrawal says pending. I have spoke with live chat that says my withdrawal is with compliance and does not know how long it will take to get it. They have always paid me within 30 mins on withdrawals in the past. I registered at ritzslots casino on January 6th. On January 8, I decided to make one deposit first, but unfortunately I lost it almost immediately. I decided to try my luck again and made a new deposit of $25, I managed to win from it, and in the end, when I had $250 left, I decided to stop and make a withdrawal. Extremely Shady Bonus Requirements

I used the 135 free spin code. Managed to turn that into $250. Tried to redeem. Rejected due to not meeting the playthrough requirement ($650+) (nothing else listed in the email). Not paying my withdrawal

When I first started playing here and actually won around $500 thr bitcoin withdrawal came to my wallet within 24 hours so that was really impressive. I continued you play and lost but finally won again and now that the amount was for $1500 my withdrawal has been pending with them since 11/24. Its been over 3 weeks now waiting on a bitcoin withdrawal. I have reached out to support but they keep telling me they need to confirm with gaming provider before processing my winnings. I won! I tried cashing out they refused and said multiple users accounts from my ip address, I requested to see them, because I only have one account and this was my first and only time playing. I won 123 thousand dollars !!

Long story short, I won a large amount at Ritz Casino and have been trying to withdraw my winnings since April 6th. The problem is that Ritz support keeps telling me they are waiting for the payout team to explain why it has been delayed for months. I’ve sent over 60 emails to Ritz with no replies. I also mailed official letters to the address listed on their site, contacted their business bureau, and even checked their company registration. Recently, I’ve been blocked from using the online chat for some reason. So, to summarize: I won; I’m being ignored; It seems they are trying to block and forget about me. I have full proof of my winnings, all communication, and the demand letters I’ve sent. I used to enjoy playing here. I won before and successfully withdrew without issues. I’ve always been respectful and patient during this process. Currently, I have about $123,000 in my Ritz account. I can’t play, my withdrawal is still pending, there are no updates, and I can’t contact anyone for support. I also discovered that Ritz has failed to file some paperwork and may be in the process of being dissolved. I’ve attached evidence of this. I was able to get a withdrawal within 48 hours the first time after completing all their compliance checks. Now on my second withdrawal its been 5 days and was just informed that they would hear something from their compliance department on monday in 3 more days. Took my winnings

They declined my withdraw saying something my blockchain assets were flagged weird cause I only use crypto to deposit to their site and nothing else. I got all my winnings taken away without a clear explanation or even proof of what they were saying. I could provide bank statements check stubs I have receipts for all my money. Beware people they will pay you at first to get you on the hook but as soon as you win more than you lose. You'll get flagged your gameplay will be with the provider then the excuses keep coming!. They shut down my account which is good I would never plays its them. But took my 2,000 I had sitting in my account which idk why then they were supposed to be working on my 800 withdraw. What did they have to do with one another! Either way stay far away from ritz. At least I got my deposit back good riddens

    Been over a month and a half and still no word if I will get paid. I did absolutely nothing wrong on my end. And all I'm told is my gameplay is with the provider cause if you do multiple withdraws you get flagged cause you played and won some money and I've lost about just as much. So if you plan on playing consistently with this casino beware you will run into issues. They payout fast at the start but once you get 3 or 4 wins in and and it's only a couple hundred dollars. Thats when the excuses come. If I get paid I'll make sure to give anyone who reads this a date and how long it took. But as of today still no money! Ritz you guys are losing loyal customers.     If I get my money I will update this but it's been 3 weeks  since I've put in a withdrawal request and I've just had the run around keep being told the providers are checking my game play. They used to pay me consistently then once I started winning more than losing they put a pause on my withdrawal and since I have over 1,500 sitting in my account not including the 799 pending withdrawal. It's all at a stand still! 3 weeks no timeframe on how long it would take could be a year for all I know it never is which is looking more like it. Players beware they will pay you at first but then once it starts not going in their favor you run into issues. I've asked for my deposit back if it went longer than a month they said they would make a note of it. At this point I'd just like my money back if your. It gonna pay me my winnings.     I had been playing for months here and there with this casino. I have done multiple deposits and withdraws the first couple withdraws were within hours or if not instant. Than it went to a half day,day coming up on a a couple of weeks now. I have money sitting in my account that I won off of deposits. I don't get a timeframe from the chat nor do I get a response from emails. Chat is good about telling me sorry and they hope I'll get paid soon. It's just odd and I unusual it's taking this long. Great experience so far!

Customer support has always been fantastic. Super quick payouts. Like, within a few hours.  I was afraid I wouldn't receive a $2.1k cashout, but it is now pending in my wallet. They ripped me off for $2000

I was in the middle of a withdrawal. At first, I tried to withdraw $1900 from them but they were literally asking me to get them documents that were literally impossible for a person to get. I had never signed up with this piece of crap casino before and I had never even used a bonus with them. I simply deposited $25 through my cash app bitcoin and literally 5 minutes into playing I hit a jackpot of around $2000. I then immediately went to withdraw $1900 of the money I had won fair and square, leaving $100 for me to continue playing. So after getting all the documents and my id, my birth certificate, a piece of mail unopened from my Gosh damn bank at Navy Federal Credit Union. They then said that those things would not be enough to approve my withdrawal and that they were requesting me to obtain other forms of an ID (I guess my CA state ID wasn't good enough for them). I don't have my driver's license nor do I have a passport. They might do that amongst each other but I have my boundaries ha ha lol. So please my fellow gamblers, if you don't want to get a huge disappointment (especially because I literally start full time college in 2 days and I needed every penny to help pay for my classes because I don't have family that are able to help me in any type of way) DON'T EVER EVER EVER DEPOSIT WITH THESE THIEVES. YOU WILL NEVER GET THE MONEY. YOU MIGHT IF ITS ONLY LIKE $50? Long story longer I just went somewhere for a couple hours and when I came back to log into my casino account I noticed that I now had no money at all in my account. This is what I was just told by them-I just checked with the pay-out team and I was informed that your request is still being reviewed. They are experiencing issues with the payment processor that's why a lot of requests are currently on hold. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. My first small withdrawal went smoothly-second much bigger withdrawal rejected due to "multiple accounts" how do I know they are a scam? On the welcome chip

You are only allowed to play about 10 games from a certain Provider.And they all suck.You will not cash out from this. And thankfully i was playing with the chip. I usually put money on first but the chip helped me to save it and not waste my time. The games are so bad i just left most of the money on the site the games played just terrible
