Not very honest with rules, says you can redeem with sign up bonus if you meet all requirements. I actually managed to do so, wanted me to deposit $25+ and play that through before redeeming my winnings. That smells scam, went on trustpilot and there are 10s of bad reviews saying they've been scammed and not to play with them. I wouldn't trust it if I was you, most had their account banned the moment they made that deposit.

I told my significant other she should check it out so I sent her a referral to her email. She signed up and made a $25 deposit as per the rules so that I would get my perk for the referral. She didn't even collect the free chip and was told to come to chat with them after her balance was below a dollar and they would do something. So a little later on I tried to log in and couldn't. The message told me to contact support. So I did... Pulled up the chat and whoever it was that didn't help me informed me that my account was closed because I had another account which come to find out was the one my girlfriend opened earlier. I guess there is only one account allowed for the whole house!!! The representative didn't even try to sympathize with my situation and explain their policy with a warning or something.  NOPE!!!! SEE YA!!!!! Oh, btw we will keep the money you gave to us also!  It's a nice Casino but it has the worst customer service I have ever experienced... I recommend you don't test that and enjoy your time somewhere else.

I am being told that they can not pay me my winnings via Bitcoin because their "Bitcoin payment processor is under maintenance"  this has been going on for 5 days now.  My original withdrawal request was submitted on December 15th and still nothing.  Oh. But they can accept bitcoin to fund your account....see attached email.  How is this even remotely true? They lie to your face as if you are an idiot.  How many Bitcoin payment processors are out there now? I seriously doubt any of them are down for maintenance 5+ days....not happy at all!
