This online casino is so similar to all the rest it's hard to give it higher than 3 and a half stars. I can honestly say that their approach to giving the customer the best bang for their buck comes up a bit short. They don't want you to withdraw to much so the machines don't pay too much and then they have limits on the low end too. Soooo, not too impressed.




This Casino Never pays out
I've submitted my documents so many times to this casino and now I want to try and get a payout of $3000 and they're telling me they need this and this and this it's always something they never will let you get pay out! It''s ridiculous! They paid me out $60 out of 100 a year or two ago and that's it that was only because I threatened never spend another dime with the casino. I've spent thousands and I mean thousands at this casino and I can't even get one friggin payout worth anything without going jumping through hoops every time and they make you jump through hoops cause I know that you're not gonna do it probably. Whatever you do they always need something else. It's crazy but big dollar is way better. I got paid out within a couple days after cashing out and I submitted my documents once. This Casino was asking me for cards that I haven't used in months and months and I don't even have the some of those cards anymore and I tell them that and then they tell me they need more credit cards. I've registered that are older that I haven't used in a year or two I mean what the F is going on? Never spend another dime with this casino.

I deposited $75 with one of there probno codes and won all the way up to 3500 then they have a deal where you have to pay 10000 dollars of game play which I did and ended up with 700 left then went to cash out and showed 500 is what I'd get but after all the verification b.s. and 3 days later they tell me a Bono flaw and I lose my winnings. Support was tyrannical and rude
I actually made an attempt to sign up at this casino from a different affiliate site around the middle of last year. Followed the link for the site's advertised no deposit bonus, I go to create an account, and an error message pops up after I submit my info telling me that the email is already registered. At first I think maybe I'm just dumb, didn't recognize the logo and I searched the casino both my personal and my business emails. No results, aside from affiliate sites promoting their latest bonuses. I got back to the casino and I contact support, telling them that I don't have an account but am getting a message that I'm already registered. I ask if it's a mistake and they promptly messaged back saying that I broke their terms by having multiple accounts. I responded telling them they aren't in my email history and if they could prove that I had multiple accounts. They ended the chat immediately, I was left mad and wondering what happened, but I'd rather a casino show me who they really are before I give them any money.
I'm guessing they're either one of those online casino's that offer bonuses and then ban you for using trying to use it, or they have a sister site that I'm signed up for that doesn't mention any related casino's, or at least didn't at the time. Gensys, the company that owns Lucky Creek Black Lotus and Lotus Asia, had an issue with that a while back; so I wouldn't be surprised if that's the case. I'm really only sharing this experience because I saw a few recent reviews detailing a similar experience to mine, I just used a different affiliate.

Never Wrong???
This casino will no longer allow me to log in stating that I have multiple accounts which I most certainly do not. I have one email and one username I always use so if I have more than one account it is because their system allowed me to. I tried to get the customer support agent to give me more information but they only said they have systems in place for those kinds of things and that they wish me well. I said I would like the opportunity to defend myself and to see if someone else was using my information fraudulently but they just kept saying the same thing. It's pretty bad when we all know how technology can screw things up that they are unwilling to even allow the possibility that it's a mistake on their end. Oh well, probably best as if they are like with this, they probably would give a hard time cashing out winnings, we all know how that goes! Best of luck to everyone!




Overall I'm satisfied with this
I kept having lagging issues with the button and when trying to hit the stop button in slots and I kept getting logged out due do evidently inactivity but I was still playing so I kinda was active but other than a few small technical difficulties it seems fair and odds are realistic...decent games with realistic outcomes. Can't say I got to cash out tho but maybe better luck next time

Obviously the options for online casinos is quite a variety which also makes it very hard to keep up with casinos you've played and not played before specially if you played in one time and never went back because you had no success. Also make sure you ignore any promotions for free spins if you have already played a free spin even if you plan to deposit for a withdrawal. For example say you're sign on bonus was a free chip of $50, but every time a new game comes out on the casino they send you free spins to try the new game. This is a trick if you play those free spins for that new game no matter if you deposit or not swallow Stars will not pay you out even if you finish the playthrough and do everything is asked. They leave you wondering why they even bother sending you a promotional free spin if they're just going to use it against you. Awesome just an example in my case I created an account on slotostars a year ago played at one time from a free sign on chip had no luck completing the promotional requirements of the playthrough so I never went back onto the site. Being they aren't near the top of the popular casino list you don't see them often. So almost a year later and amount of different sites I've played I had forgotten whether I have played on the site or not. So I created an account completed the play through and instead of cashing out right away like most ones I continued to play on the site for multiple days I'm so participated in one of their tournaments which I happen to win. The first account that I created was used only once and use that account almost an entire year and not logged on to it since. I simpley asked about withdrawing and before even discussing anything my account was permanently deactivated all funds winnings everything stripped and banned from playing on the site.
