Imagine my excitement when I noticed that slotswin had a ton of tournaments on one day that I just happened to be on vacation. At universal to be exact. Out of all the tournaments I won six of them, but when I went to cash in on my awards of $100+ I was told to deposit which I did because it had a minute. Imagine my surprise to find that each individual tournament winnings which was $25 or less a piece had to be redeemed one at a time after each individual deposit of $25 or more!!! I deposited and I hoped for the best and found my winnings were bonus money that I couldn't even play on the machines. Now what good is that and why would I ever give you my money again???!!!

After reading meny reviews I wasn't sure what to thank about this site until I played here.I played over 7 differnt games with very bad game play.I never got any good hits.Not 1 time did I get over what I dep with bonus.I also never went over 50 cents and meny I just did 25 cents.You won't have much fun here.I won't recommend anyone that plays online.I don't want to see them have crappy time like me.Reviews say not to play.Very good idea

I paid 25.25 to get my winnings of 199.00 waited 48 business hrs for these people to tell me my account doesn't except 3rd party transfers news flash there shouldn't be a 3rd party involved in a casino to collect winnings... I said then cut me a check , no answer to that solution !  They gained all my personal info ... I beside myself with these people , they had no problem taking my card info and the money on the card but make excuses why I can't get paid ... Now they want a bank account with my name on it that allows 3rd party payments , lmao sounds like they are trying to find accounts with money in them asking for all that personal info addresses social security numbers account numbers proof of address etc.  Y'all think long and hard before going sending money abroad. Any American citizens we need to use American casinos state side to get paid ... Should of known there was a huge ketch and on top of it I lost my 25.25 to get the 199.00 and do they give it back ?! No! Make it a single party transaction then casino ! I made a single party transaction , make a single party transaction then .... Fix the issue , hell of an excuse not to payout... It's all good... Definitely will never do business again and now some 3rd party has all my info.  How did I make a payment to you with the account you can't wire up to? Makes no sense ... Its a scam , I can't get a check cut in the amount I won, then sounds like your third party is on some BS.... 

I won a tournament for $25 and couldn't collect it until I made deposit, after making a deposit I was Informed that the $25 win came with a $1500 play through. I made two deposits and had to hit up tech help to get my second one after waiting 4 hours. The only positive thing about any of it was the person who helped get me my deposit loaded was really nice and helpful.

I really like this casino. Great selection of games and they have some great promotions. I feel like maybe some better bonuses for depositing customers but overall that's all good. But the payout times are slow. The KYC process is slow. I understand being thorough but come on. Especially if I deposit crypto, my withdraw should be quick. Not over a week.
