That's horrible! Sadly, I have experienced the same thing but at a different casino. They said I was using multiple accounts and listed the usernames which I did not recognize and I never used any other account at the place. Total fabricated lies, what a shame.

Thats not right. Same thing happened to my wife but it was for $20,000. They're reasoning was she was because she accepted a bonus and was betting too high. Her playthrough was already done when she started making big bets. I'm sorry this has happened to you.☹

I have had similar experiences at many casinos. Wasted a lot of time and deposit money. Now, if I can't win enough from a no deposit to test their honesty regarding withdrawals I generally will not deposit there unless they happen to have low minimum for deposits like $5 to $10 and then I'll make one or two deposits to try and reach their withdrawal minimum. But before I even make that small deposit I will first verify my account Before I have anything to withdraw. Because that is often an excuse used to deny your withdrawal request. so far I can count on one hand the casinos that I successfully cashed out from.

In this case I have to remind everyone to always read the fine print of the bonus on the casino website. Because often the code advertised here show you the key points but you will always see a note saying terms and conditions may apply. Those terms lately do include things like max bet allowed $5. Or something similar. So you really have to make sure you read the bonus terms on the casinos website so you get all of the specifics. Of course they will use any excuse not to pay so do your homework so you you don't give them a reason!

Well just tried this casino with the 75 free spins bonus in king f rooster. Let me tell you that you will be a little bit better off not even using a bonus.
