I'm currently trying to get a payout from this casino. Up until requesting the payout eveything has been pretty good about te casino. It feels like customer service is just giving me the run around every day when I ask them about it? Anyone have any ideas that may have helped them get paid out?
Helpful ReportLevel 10United StatesI've delt with a similar casino and they seem like they are not going to pay you and hostile but they really are just trained not to say anything one way or the other about how long it will take and such but on my experience I have made many withdrawals from let's say a sister casino and they always pay and it normally takes 5-6 days from start to deposit hitting your account. Just be patient it's coming. Seemed like if I didn't ask about the withdrawal at all it would process faster than when I asked. Probably just physiological but still lol. Congratulations on your win.
