I like RTG/Spinlogic games so I enjoyed this casino! Good no deposit bonuses for first time players and decent first deposit bonuses. Haven't attempted to withdraw but ive read in other reviews that a deposit must be made before withdrawing for the first time if its from a free bonus so that is one negative aspect imo but if that doesn't bother you then give it a go

This was one of the easiest casinos to cash out of, including a free bonus. It didn't take too long. Simply upload documents and make a verification deposit. I didn't have to check in or do anything after that. I received an email saying they received it, then an email saying they were going to review it, and then an email saying it was paid.

They will leave me on live chat for several minutes with no response or attempt at communication. Also my crypto withdrawal of $100 from one of the welcome chip has so far taken over 24 hours and chat support was of no help. After waiting greater than 10 minutes for a response, I questioned if we were still active said yes, they were still looking into my account and then the chat session was disconnected. Love the overall idea with the royal quest, but poor poor customer service.

Seems like the rng win rate is fixed instead of random. If you don't have a bouns active you wont win. Crazy.
