After submitting all the documents that they wanted for account verification so that I could withdraw money that I had won after making cash deposit they send me an email 5 days later that tells me my surname doesn't match my account and they would like an email from me explaining myself. Well my first and last name are the same as what's on my account because that's my only name and I sent an email and then asked for them to close my account after that because it shouldn't be that hard to get verified and I don't know who they have working there but to accuse me of lying about who I am is offensive. I do not recommend them at all

For over 6 days I've tryed meny times to reset my password and when I click on the reset link,I never get thier email with a link to reset it.Ive went into live chat and get told over and over on how to reset my password..I feel like I'm talking to a wall or something.i asked again what is problem,now they want me to get a new email account to use.This to me is BS and I'm not setting up a new email for playing here.Ive had the same email since 1999 and thiers no problems with it.So I'm not sure about the fee to dep.No idea if I get that back or do I play it.Cant use a bonus code either.and your withdraw is 4 times your 12.00 dep.What a joke if u ask me. This place has one of the worst usable sites I've ever been thru.  I played for hours and hours.  I finally won 200 free spins within mirror mansion . I played the spins and won around 60 bucks.  But when the spins were finished they took 20 dollars off my existing balance and didn't give me any of my free game winnings !  So I had about 80 dollars dissapaer for my free spins instead of having a 80 dollar balance they left me with 14 !!!!!   After wasting an hour in chat they tried to make me so all the technical stuff needed.  No help at all.
