I made a new account from a chipy link. The free spins I had turned into 14$ and the 14$ turned into 500$ plus. As I'm continuing my playing the 500$ changed to 117$. Immediately I thought well they've taken their part out even though it seemed excessive. So the 117$ must be withdrawable. So I returned to cashier and proceeded to withdraw. Of course I had to verify identity, I did no problem, the problem came with the address verification. Can I say I think this is the first time I've ever had to verify address for a bitcoin withdrawal. I've to date still not been able to complete the address verification. I've sent bank statement, vehicle insurance statement, credit card statement and against my better judgement even my tax return that I wasn't allowed to block any info from. No edited images. The support in the chat has been very helpful and a supervisor I chatted with even had me upload the documents so she could see what the problem was. She told me the bank statement would work just make sure it was in the correct format. 2 days later after much doing I managed that and once again was told regret to inform you blah blah blah. At this point I don't feel like a stamp from God would get approved. It's the most ridiculous crap I've ever seen. I get that they aren't thrilled about paying out 100$ on a no money transaction but hey not my issue. I wasn't thrilled about a 14& come up taking 400$ from me either but the nature of the beast. I don't think anyone would've been okay with the nonsense they were dishing out. Every document I tried to send had my name and address on it . So I gave them 2 stars bc if the chat help I received and it's not over. I will continue to try if for no other reason to worry the crap out of them to a tune of a 100$ are more worth. It's wrong

I loved the site, it's super easy to navigate and you can find everything easily. It's in English but you can manage really well. It has many tournaments and many no deposit bonuses. Also, keep in mind that they give you a bonus with 20 spins, which I haven't seen on any other site. It's a fun and very lively site.
