I actually cashed out 500 on a free spins bonus from uptown and although it was 30 dollars to have a check mailed to me that I had problems getting deposited into my online bank, they were helpful in giving me information on other possibilities for cashing the canadian check in the US but ultimatley they paid the shipping to have the check returned and credited the 470 back into my account allowing me to use the bitcoin withdraw option. I do recomend bitcoin if you are gonna use the online casinos but do your homework on the crypto currency

I have had no problem with account verification and withdrawals. Customer Service is always friendly and helpful. Since I have made a couple reasonable withdrawals now I no longer qualify for the usual coupon bonuses.

I’ve won a bit at uptown aces, but once you withdraw once or twice, they take away your bonuses. It sucks. Plus, machines glitch a lot, but it is still one of my favorite casinos.
