UpTown Aces Casino Review

Uptown Aces is refusing to payout the $2500 I recently won. First off, it has taken almost a week to even get my account verified. Now that I was able to request the withdrawal they are refusing. They stated that the bonus code I used had a maximum withdrawal amount of $180, which is true. However, when I met the wagering requirements, the system automatically took everything I had won except the $180, as their terms and conditions stated would happen. I continued to play, winning up to $2500. They state that I can still only withdrawal $180 and attempted to send a link to me with those terms and conditions but the link led to nowhere, just a page with an error message because it does not state anywhere in their terms and conditions that this is what happens. It is quite ridiculous and frankly a bit ignorant on their part. I bet you will quickly find those terms somewhere on their site now. 

I love the games at Drake I like their mobile layout, games load fast, graphics are sharp I really like Drake…EXCEPT.... The bonus situation it is just awful they almost exclusively offer one type of bonus where you spin first then decide if you want to select the bonus and attach it to a deposit. In theory this is not a terrible bonus except they will give you 75 or 100 spins on a fun slot. With a decent value to the spins dollar plus it’s not uncommon at all then what they do Is cap The winnings from the spins At 80 or 100 bucks. That’s total crap it’s such a letdown if you finally get a decent break a nail a bonus maybe even two with the Spins Then it’s all null and void practically. So the only way you can really take the winnings from the Spins is if you have a lame run. scale the wagering requirement or Playthru necessary or scale the deposit required but at least let people have the win.

I actually cashed out $500 from a free spins bonus from Uptown and even though it cost $30 to send me a check that I couldn't deposit into my online bank account, they were helpful and gave me information on other ways to cash the Canadian check in the US but ultimately they paid the shipping costs to return the check and credited the $470 back to my account so I could use the Bitcoin withdrawal option. I recommend Bitcoin if you want to use online casinos but do your research on the cryptocurrency

I requested my first withdrawal through Bitcoins and I signed up with this Casino because I saw on the Chipy website that the Bitcoin withdrawal was 0 to 24 hours. The other Casino's that I play at, there withdrawal process states 0 to 24 hours and it is deposied in my crypto acount within 30 min. I tried opening the terms and conditions from the site to see the exact time frame of a Bitcoin withdrawal and the banking tab would not open. So, I contacted the support staff through Chat and the representive said that my withdrawl will be reviewed in 2 to 3 days buisness days and my Bitcoin withdrawal will be deosited instanly once my withdrawl is processed

Code worked but lost right away . Its set up just like all the other ones that want you to play through a ridiculous amount before you can win anything.  So my advice dont waste money
