Well what can I say about this casino ... I opened an account about 10 years ago and I had a very old computer , it crashed and burned and I lost all my log-in information to this casino as well as many others . I had to re-open new accounts at most of them and support was very helpful with closing one account and leaving one active account but not at this casino they just closed my account , this was 10 years ago , The other day I was thinking that I would email them and see if I still had an account or if I could open a new one with my new info and personal details , even told them I would send in my documents to verify my account . I was told in a very mean way that my account is closed and it would NOT be re-opened . They still had all my information that I opened the account with even after they closed my account ..really 10 years later and still holding my personal info , the account was closed and they still kept my information , for what purpose ? So my point is beware of this casino and if you close or they close your account , remember they keep any personal information you give them !!! This is totally unacceptable, ask yourself why would they keep this information in their casino software and for what reason if your casino account is closed for 10 years now and counting .
