Just near to scam
This review is honest and objective.
I had five stars review a year ago. Yes, it was a pretty nice casino up to several months ago. But then this website was purchased by Goodwin N.V. well known among gamblers as one of the worst operators. Yes, it's worst if we don't count 100% fraudulent resources. They are "semi-fraud".
They delay my withdrawal over 1000$ and started kyc check though my account was verified. I sent them all the documents they claimed but it's over 2 months they didn't even move. They try to scam me - that's obvious and clear.
Be careful it is not the same casino that was several months ago! Now it's operated by people who definitely want to steal your money!
Their comment will fallow like: " we are sorry about your experience blah-blah, high volume of kyc check blah- blah, we do everything blah..."
Friends it would be a dumb lie. Dot be naive to trust their lies, any proper casino performs kyc check no more than 2-3 days, sometimes couple hours. If it goes more then they don't organize their work properly If it goes weeks or months- they simply AVOID withdrawal - they try to SCAM you.
I have to warn any potential clients of this fraud website and their sister sites:
if you see "Goodwin N.V." or license number "OGL/2024/758/0228" on any casino- Never register there if you don't won't to your time and money. If you are already registered- avoid any deposits!

17 days delay in verification and withdrawal
Hello everyone, I'm here to share my terrible experience with IWILDCASINO. I've been playing with them for about 3 months and managed to make two withdrawals of less than $50. However, 17 days ago I won $275. That's when my problem started... They canceled my withdrawal and asked me to verify my already verified account. Even so, I went through the entire process, and now it's been 17 days since they released my withdrawal. The chat support says it's with another department, and they haven't responded to my email in these 17 days. Look at their response to my problem; it's a robotic response with nothing to do with my question (I'm open to dialogue #IWILDCASINO, my ID: Ronnyak44). Honest review been playing on the site for 3 months
So I found this casino from casino guru website 3 months ago, took a glance and they had all the games that I wanted to play, I did several deposits, didnt win much in the beginning fast forward 1 month and I won my first 600 Euro, I tried to withdraw 400 Euro and that was successful after around 2 weeks, 2 weeks full of sending mails to their kyc team with different documents. But atleast I got the money.
But now 3 months later I got my 2 biggest wins ever 3790 Euro on zeus vs hades, and 900 euro on Le king. I instantly tried to withdraw 1000 euro from my winnings since they had updated their daily limit on withdrawals, but the day after my big win they change the whole website and now im stuck on verifying my account so I can withdraw, it has been soon 3 weeks since I started the new kyc verification. And I feel that this is very strange, since I already was fully verified and had withdrawn before, it kinda feels like they do not want to payout my winnings, and that they are just stalling. And currently the website has been under maintanance for 3 days and I am still not verified to withdraw.
I will update this post when I recieve my withdraws and change my rating.
But I like the casino, there are alot of different games to play from all the best providers, the support is okay mostly, except when it comes to kyc.
Their bonuses were good I don't know now on the new website, but they have daily rakeback now atleast.
The depoits are fast and easy

Quite impressed with this casino, the amount of deposit and withdrawal methods available. Not so keen on the wagering requirements for the first deposit bonus especially because you have to wager the actual deposit and any winnings from the bonus spins and match as well. Account Closed Without Justified Re
I had a verified account at iWildCasino with a balance of €79.18. After submitting a scanned bank statement during KYC, which was accepted without any issue, my account was later suspended without warning. Support claimed that I used "forged documents," referring vaguely to clause 14.8 of their T&Cs.
However:
My account was verified, and the system approved the documents I submitted.
I was not informed that scanned documents were unacceptable.
The closure was abrupt, and the support team refused to provide any detailed explanation beyond the generic reference to "administration’s decision."
I lost my entire balance, without any chance to re-submit documents or defend myself.
This appears to be an unfair and predatory practice, especially since the verification system accepted my documents. I have contacted their KYC team and asked for a review, but unless the issue is resolved fairly, I will continue escalating it.
Avoid this casino until they treat users transparently and fairly.

600€ stolen
I honestly can't understand why this casino is "trustworthy". They stole 600€ from me and they don't understand their own system.
I played here because of "trusted" label by chipy
short version:
1. i won 5000€ with Bonus. after wagering was done 2500€ were deducted, because the rules say bonus (500€) x 5. The rule also says: you can't win any more with this 2500€. Anything over this amount will be cancelled.so far OK. Only way to continue playing, payout and deposit again.
2. So I paid out step by step because 400€ day limit.And deposited it again (without using Bonus) so that I could continue playing. Lost all again...
3. Now the nightmare begins: I still had €600 of the amount I won before. I couldn't withdraw that yet because the daily limit for withdrawals had been reached.
4. I made a deposit of €700 and this time i took a 100% bonus. So, I had 1400€ to play with. After the 1400€ were lost...to my astonishment, I realised that the €600 that was in my account before and already been wagered was also included in this bonus.
5. I couldn't pay out the €600 because it was in the bonus. Why should I wager money that I've already wagered again? and: I can't win anything more with the €600, as I said above, that was the €600 from the 1st bonus. I had reached the maximum payout amount. so I have wager my own 600€ again and can't win anything over 600€ ? omg. So, I cancelled the bonus.
6. Now I would have expected my €600 to stay in my account. No, now the €600 has also been cancelled.
summary:
if you have won with bonus you have to cash out all money, before you deposit again an take a bonus. But there is a 400€ day Limit. Otherwise all your money will be integrated into the new bonus. Ridiculous, but you have to wager it all over again and cant win more then your own money about 600€. That is fraud. There is also nothing about this in the help or general terms and conditions. I paid in large sums of money. I became a gold member in a short time. But that doesn't interest them.

This is a new casino established a few months ago but I am very impressed with the games variety, withdrawal and deposit options but support can be improved.
