Well, I will make it short. Took 5 weeks to verify the account. Have €4000 balance and unable to withdraw as going through a supposedly random provider check, which is rubbish asit'ss not random, they are doing it to everyone. There are 100's of complaints across various review sites. They stated the provider check would take 14 days, and we are now on day 17. Support useless. They will make your life an absolute misery and will just stall the process, not topayoute hands do, when this is the worst-straw casino I have ever signed up with. This has now been going in for 2 months from the start of the complaint. They also breached my personal details to a different casino.
