After using free spins and playing through 45x's I was left with $452.00. My account said that I could redeem $116. I requested to redeem $100. Part of the verification was that I had to deposit $10 in Litecoin, which I did. It was accepted with the notice that I could request it back with my redemption. So that should have given me $126 to redeem. I stuck with the $100 figuring I'd spend the other $26 on their site. Well, they ended up sending me $13 in litecoin, $10 of which I had just deposited! So from $126, I won $3. I messaged them to see why that was and have yet to get any response. DO NOT DEPOSIT OR PLAY HERE!!! They are a joke!! I wouldn't give them 1 star if I did not have to!!

Straight stole my money after I won $4500!! I played the play-through and went to withdrawal my money. As you go to withdrawal they specifically tell you to make sure you played all your bonuses, free spins, free chips, or plays before you withdraw or while you wait for the withdrawal process to process. Don't f-ing do it!! As soon as you do they will take all your winnings... EVERY DIME!! They say you mixed funds which is not allowed Even though they offer you the free spins or bonus, even if you don't win anything from them, and even tho you won $4500 before playing the free spins are worth a whole $5. They tell you that you mixed funds by playing them. Then they take everything you won. Doesn't matter if it was prior to playing the free spins. They Rob You of EVERYTHING!! If it's not allowed why entice people at the withdrawal with more free spins? To Screw You Is Why!! Why not take anything won from the free spins since I won the $4500 before playing them? I've been having issues with Palace of Chance not wanting to pay me my withdrawal amount. It was supposed to be in my Crypto account as of April 1st. When it never came through, I went to the 24 hr customer support chat through the casinos itself and was told to give it another 24-72 hrs and if not then to check back with them. 72 hours later it still had not hit my account so, again, I went back to the customer chat to address the situation again and they AGAIN proceeded to tell me to wait an additional 24-72 hrs. After telling them that I've already done that and it's now almost a week behind the initial date of it set to be in my account, they instantly said, after another 5 or 10 minute wait, they concluded that I am NOW to wait a FULL 7-10 business days all over again as if it's being processed for the first time. I've already previously been through the processing procedures and was approved and granted and I also waited another 72 hours longer than first told ....just to be told to wait another 2 weeks. It NOW has a date of April 14th to be deposited into my crypto for the SECOND go round. I'm BEYOND frustrated and have no idea where to turn or what my legal grounds are at this point. I'm new to this whole online casino thing and I need some help or advice. I have every email, and message, and took screenshots of every conversation I had with different individuals through the chat site. PLEASE HELP ME! 🙏 

Have an account at Palace of Chance Casino since 2020. Registered because of a bonus published here at Bonus Blog area. Played the bonus, reached the max cash out, but due the behavior of sisters casinos (experienced in the first person), and reviews of this one, did not try to withdraw, simply took the $ to play the other games of the casino (which were not allowed to play in the inicial bonus), like roulette, video poker. As there are many RTG casinos and this one has a bad name, never deposited and do not even expect to deposit ever!

It's hard to believe that the company that owns and runs these slots allows a company like INCLAVE to sublicense its IP. This company is so much spam,  they only care about those 10-dollar verification transactions. They will leave you with no way of getting a hold of them. They arbitrarily decide to ID you and will refuse payouts, or deny your withdrawal. Some of these sites say in order to withdraw the bonus you need to cash out a minimum of 100 and a maximum a 100 even though you show them the promotion page that clearly says the no-deposit bonus has a maximum cash out of 100. I had 500 on luckylegenda and they refused to withdraw my funds., and now this sketchy ass company is sitting on my identification documents. Don't know how these companies exist, it must be a collusion with the search engines, as the top results always pay the most.

I only had cash so I gave my girlfriend $30 and she used her card to deposit the money onto the game for me to play I then won $2,000 and they denied my withdrawal because the card was not in my name that deposited the money. Hi this is telling me that the bonus has expired, is there another code to use or is it just that.  I'm too late I guess. Any way the benefit of registering with this casino is that it utilizes Inclave logging.  So if you already have a account with Inclave you won't need to do the whole registering an account. You only need to log in and your set. I'm sad that I could not redeem the bonus though.

If I'm lying im flying!!!!! Lies, lies, lies, lies, lies, after lies!!!!! Illegally, withholding bitcoin deposits after the 7-10 day supposedly finance release it. They throw a Escalate process in after i messaged them and they said we will Escalate the payment. In which they add 24 to 72 more hrs.Wtf!!! Still haven't gotten paid! Scamming company to say the least!! What they are doing is 110% illegal and unlawful and should be held accountable. Is now been over a month since I first made a withdraw requests!!! 2500.00 was my deposit they are and have done everything to keep from paying me!!!!!!! Please beware you've been Warned!!!!!!!

I'm so beyond frustrated with this casino. I put in a withdrawal request on the 10th, never heard anything. Reached out thru chat a couple of times to be told it could take 14 business days to approve. Ok whatever, that's ok. Reached back out to them after waiting 18 days, the customer service agent said I should hear something in 2-3 days. Got an email that night that it was finally approved, after 19 days, and I would receive it.. in 5-7 business days.  Now I may be confused, but it's a Bitcoin withdrawal, is that not instant?  Why is it taking as long as a bank transfer?  No one I have spoken to can give me any reason as to why these time frames are so long and why it takes up to 7 days to receive already approved Bitcoin.  At this point, I'm doubtful I'll ever see this money. But this really isn't a way to keep customers.  Wouldn't recommend for the wait time and lack of reason for it

I won 270 on this platform went to cash out and they refused saying that what I won can not be redeemed because I have not made a deposit that day and that I won the money on a bonus. My bonus was a no deposit bonus and I did deposit $10 in litecoin but they still refuse to pay up. Do not play

I received multiple new game 25 free no deposit required emails in my casino message box weekly.    Don't bother playing them if u played a no deposit bonus already!!!!    If you do and end up making it thru the play thru.   And still have a balance of $50 and try to redeem.   They will do the verification process including making you send a minimum $10 test deposit.   Proved to tell you your redemption is on its way.   And then turn around and deny the withdrawal because to redeem and second free chip/pins a deposit must be made firt.  They even retracted part of my deposit that I hadn't played yet and wouldn't reload my deposit I made plus denied free spin win withdrawal.

They have you send 10 LTC to withdrawal your cash, instead they keep your winnings and send you back your LTC minus all charges.  It's impossible to talk to anyone, I am not happy with this bait and switch like business model.
