I have been losing 10k-40k per month for almost a year. I have never initiated a withdrawal before. Finally, I won some back. They advertise that VIP5 has a withdrawal limit of $7500 per week. They drag on my payouts and tell me I have to wait until after it is approved in order to get my weekly and monthly cashback for losses exceed my winnings. Then after the withdrawals are approved, they deny my cashbacks saying that they cant go back more than a week or two. But they delay withdrawals past a month. In their Terms & Conditions, they say withdrawals will be reviewed 7-10 business days. Then it will be sent 7-10 business days. I have unpaid winnings requested since November 12. They haven’t even been reviewed.

I saw a promo that said "$100 to come back to cool cat", tried claiming promo, got error I need to make a deposit so I made a small one ($10), went back to redeem promo, and got an error message that my latest deposit EXCLUDED me from the promo because it was made within the specified (nothing was specified anywhere about deposit time-frames) exclusion timelines. Contacted support saying I didn't see a specified exclusion timeframe anywhere, and the support rep didn't even address that concern. Instead they made up a new excuse to why they wouldn't honor the promo. They said "no deposit was made". I was like WTF I just made a deposit. And I kid you not, they said the deposit wasn't big enough, and swore up and down it was listed in their T and C.  At this point I'm like oh shoot, was it? I try to look at those, but do miss stuff occasionally. So I revisited their T and C and couldn't find it, so I ask Tobias (support rep) to point out where it is specifically, and he comes back and says (this is the real kicker) "it turns out it's not in our T and C, but we still won't honor it due to INTERNAL POLICIES". (Screenshot attached) My question to the larger group is "is this even a little bit legal?" This truly baffles me. Like how can a company claim they can't allow something due to T and C, and then turn around and operate in direct violation of their T and C? Screenshots may be out of order. I couldn't see how to organize or number them.

Absolutely absurd withdraw times, that alone earned them an all around 1 star. I requested the cash out on March 1st, 2025 expecting 7-10 business days. After 11 business days(little over 2 weeks) i finally get confirmation it's been approved. Then I get told that it'll be another 7-10 business days before they send it out. Finally on the 28th of March, they say they will expedite it to be send out because it's "at the end of our timeline". Thinking it'll be here that day was also foolish, as they proceeded to tell me to expect it to still take up to 3 business days to arrive 😑. There's absolutely no way that anyone ACTUALLY CHOOSES to come back to this casino for any reason at all. Typical game line up, slow service, and delayed withdrawal times(with outrageous fees!!!). Oh yeah, on top of the slow af withdraw times, they expect you to pay $20 fee for $101-$500 and the fees get up to hundreds of dollars per withdraw!!

On top of the lack of originality, my god the withdraw times are insanely long! Plus they hide information and delay withdraws. I requested my withdraw on the 1st of March, and it was approved either the 13th or 14th. They then in the 17th claim it was just approved earlier that day, saying it's now day 1 of the 7-10 time period for them to send it. And while this was taking longer than they specifically said, they added a few for withdraws of up to $40 USD to withdraw in bitcoin. I checked before withdrawing what fees were like, and $40 was not posted ANYWHERE! THEY also said they had lightning network bitcoin transfers and litecoin withdraws. They have neither! And when I state that withdraw fee of no more than $10 was agreed apon according to postins in the withdraw page and terms and conditions, they act like i didn't type anything! At the same time they verified my account within hours of me starting the account, and they claim that the verification process was the cause of delay. Complete train wreck of a casino.

This awesome win was recorded during a bonus on Great Golden Lion. I was betting $1 a spin and was uniquely lucky enough to land 3 bonus coins allowing me to open all 3 bonus banks with 1 spin. I got to play the jackpot bonus round first for opening the middle red bonus bank. I think I got the mini jackpot. Next, I got to play the grand bonus with a 5x5 screen and a 10x multiplier on all of the golden coins that landed in each of the bonus boxes as well as the initial bonus coins on the screen. 

They give you a "free chip" to get you started, then if you actually win they require a small deposit before you're allowed to cash it out. Once you deposit they deny your withdrawl amd put you deposit back in your account. The Deposit is below the minimum cashout so you can't get that back. Don't waste your time. 

This casino platform will give you a good start but then let's you down and doesnt provide much for the lower level player or the not so big spender. Plenty of casinos will help start you out with a good sign on no deposit bonus that keeps you going enough to want to buy credit there but this one will let u down.
