I have read so many reviews about how great Luckland.com is, which i totally agreed, up until today. Maybe you could give me some advice on who to talk to, what to do when a supposable reputable casino won’t give you your winnings. I have played here for some time now and am a loyal member at Platinum Level. Unfortunately and to my disbelief i was refused my withdrawal on the basis of, a bonus terms and conditions, which it was not.I was contacted via phone by the Casino and was given a free gift of $150 that was deposited directly into my real money account, so not a bonus. I logged in and proceeded to play, I could not lose and kept on winning. I was over $8000 when i decided to withdraw because i knew i had played the wager requirements and then some. On the withdraw page it states what you are allowed to cashout as you well know i’m sure, and that i had completed wager requirements.I got a reply on email that they received my withdraw notice and would contact me about my payout.The next email i got from them was they declined my withdraw because i was only allowed a $100 cashout on a bonus. Funny considering the gift was $150.I sent them this email and am waiting to here from them before going to greater lengths to get my money.. I have read all policies on this and have won this in all fairness. I am a loyal member and like Luckland Casino and am trusting in you to do what is right. Please use your CARE policy in this matter. Luckland may, from time to time, offer promotions and/or competitions which are governed by separate terms and conditions.This free gift of $150 was not put in my bonus funds, it was put directly in my Real Money Funds, thereby telling me I could cash out any amount. If it were put into my bonus funds then I would have had restrictions to adhere by.The bonus was neither a free spins nor a no deposit bonus, which go by the $100 rule. The rule of Winnings received through the use of the free bonus (no deposit) or free spins shall not exceed €100. All daily bonuses are subject to a €200 maximum unless otherwise stated.. I got a call for $150 free gift, which is governed under different rules. I also played the wager requirements over more then once. This gift does not go by the same rules as free spins or daily bonus, they have there own rules. For a free gift If all Wager Requirements are played down it can be withdrawn at any amount as long as it is put into my Real Money account and requirements meant. Funds in a real money account have no restrictions other then the wager requirements. Please reconsider your finding on this matter.

Luckland offers an immensely large number of games, but unfortunately they are not sorted by providers, so that you have to scroll through endlessly, unless you know exactly which game you want to play. Otherwise, the page is very appealing and clearly structured. In this casino, too, I only used the 1st deposit bonus of 100%to first orient myself something. Here, too, I could not gain any experience in terms of payment, the lucky guys are probably somewhere else. ;-)

Hello Vanilipas. I also have played here without deposit. I agree with you the site is agreeable and the games are not bad, but I have stopped playing here because the promotions do not exist and are scanty. All the casinos offer promotions not for which this not. I like to prove the casino before depositing. A greeting and luck.

I think that I would not register in this casino because it does not provide Live Casino. But, I think that this is not a good casino regarding bonus policy. They give 100% up to 400 Euro, 25% up to 200 Euro, 50% up to 400 Euro, with the wagering requirement 40 x (Deposit Bonus). But, they have too many restrictions upon the withdrawal - like player classes with different amount and processing time, etc.

I tried this casino once with a deposit but had no luck and didn't win anything. I spoke to support too and they were nice. I think this is a good casino because the game variety is good, they have Netent, which is my favorite software. Deposit bonuses are good too, so I think they are safe to play at!
