I love the game selection here. It's games you don't see everywhere and has some of my favorites. This is really where the happiness ends honestly. Deposits seem to always be quick but withdrawals? Probably the slowest I've encountered playing online casinos. Upwards of 15 days. That's just nuts. And the customer service is absolutely horrible. I want so much to give better marks but I feel like I was a little generous with the score I gave. This casino has so much potential but sadly they far very short.

I would pay attention to the recommendation of the chip really very well, you why and what they write, I really do not recommend it for Czech citizens, especially the support does not respond at all and lies, beware

ShowOn Sept 29th at 9:42 PM EST I got a bonus on Novamatic Fairy Queen of $352 and it was NOT credited to my balance. Mind you this is my first No Bonus deposit. I immediately contacted chat and no one answered so I emailed support and have not heard anything yet concerning this. I then submitted a withdrawal for my remaining $98 balance.
