This casino is okay, it has a lot of bonuses which were easy to get thanks to the high payouts, registration was easy, deposit and withdrawal options are simple, it has a good selection of games but it has a few annoying features like the gift boxes that just float on the screen so you can't really see the online support which isn't too bad. hi. gamblezen has actually been my favorite casino.
but when I won some money a while ago and had to withdraw a good portion of it. almost 1300 euros. then the joy began to turn into a nightmare. the days passed and on the fourth day I wrote an email to the KYC department to hear how my withdrawal was going. no answer. the day after I wrote again to both their support email and to the KYC department. they still answer. I have subsequently written again and to all the options provided. but they do not answer. my money is just waiting for 11 days now.

does anyone know how to get in touch with them?? I refuse to play the money up, but I am afraid they will not pay out my money. without an explanation. it is hard at first to be happy about your winnings. where they then subsequently do not process your withdrawal or answer my questions.

Overall negative experience because of support and slow withdrawals. My first deposit failed from casino side crypto payment system and I lost money. I wrote chat support 2 times and both operators told they informed KYC department. 2 days later no messages from them, I wrote an e-mail and sent screenshots directly to KYC and 4 days later still no reply from them. I received the funds back from the help of Skrill, but zero help from casino side.

Regarding withdrawals - In their T&C it's stated that withdrawals are processed within 24h, but mine went from 24h first transaction to more than 48h last two withdrawal requests.
