Once verified, withdrawals are quick and easy. However, the process to become verified is slow and frustrating unless you harass them continuously over live chat, email, and phone. Promotions are very restricted. It is not in the fine print but personal experience has proven that unlike other casinos you will not receive NDB or Free Spins if deposits in between redeeming promotions do not amount to a certain benchmark. Mobile casino is outdated and not entirely user friendly from a design perspective. They are currently diversifying their game offerings which is at least a move in the right direction.
