Platinum Play Next Level scamming
Next level scamming casino! They have deleted parts of my first and last name on my account so of course my documents do not match, they DO NOT have any 'live support' as they stated in the email to tell me I needed to verify my details although I had previously verified my account and it stated that I was all good. They even added a link to the so called "live support" that was just help articles and no support at all. They will not reply to any emails asking for my name to be corrected. I have deposited hundreds into the casino and only tried to cash out $80. DISGUSTING

Until last year a top casino but recently only gets free spins etc after a deposit. Meeting points only gets together badly or not at all. Last year until the end of December, I paid in 1000 from Euros and had nothing of it and now not even free spins, as they were otherwise offered by email from time to time. Only deposit and then if you are lucky you will get 10 (non -bringing) free spins when you play diligently. And the stupid happiness wheel never brought anything except (maybe next time. You have now completely scared me.
