They did not inform me of these changes and infact told me for the following 7 weeks that my luck would change and kept insisting this along with other far fetched excuses. They were happy to keep accepting deposits whilst they secretly took pretty much all fairness away and treated me very very badly, i can say this because I got a different answer when on chat recently that I think was a lucky mistake for me as this chat operator admitted the bonuses were no longer available to me, i was ignored when I asked why and that chat operator quickly disappeared and another quickly took over to try and cover this admittance up. Not much has changed for me on this site and others but I am confident that the level of deceit will not go unnoticed as i have contacted a few organisations and have witnesses to my dealings as well as I have the screenshots and chat transcripts. For the casino and it's copy cat sister sites I say a very big SHAME ON YOU ALL, What goes around comes around and i hope you all learn to treat people better because you all have behaved despicably and you only have yourselves to blame in the end!

I LOVE Ruby Fortune, mainly because I won a $30,000 jackpot here a couple of years ago. I don't like that their no deposit bonuses a few and far between and their promos require A LOT of deposit's before you see any reward! Support are prompt and helpful. Their withdrawal times (pending time in particular) are lengthy even to ewallets. Bit suss this one. I tried to login, apparently my password was wrong so i attempted to log in again another 2 times with the same result. I then spoke to support about the issue, the usual, username and email address was requested then last four digits on my bank card and then amount time and date of my last deposit. I have never provided my bank details to them. I got out of there quickly. ,
