Jackpot city is one of my forever go tos. Its website is user friendly and easy on the eyes. I do wish they had more loyalty offers. The bonus wheel makes me angry. I dont think ive ever won on it. The loyalty points build really slow but they are there. I just wish they could appreciate their loyal customers with a little more acknowledgment. Although I like the games and the free tournaments, I just find myself looking for casinos that offer their loyal customers more bonus'. And by bonus' I mean free spins and no deposit bonus'. 

I've been here for over 2 years. I love it because the deposit is accessible, $2400. Most of the games allow very low bets. They give me 10 free spins every day. The bad thing about the casino is that there is no bonus other than 40% of your deposit.

The other thing is that it is impossible to make a withdrawal with more winnings from the Millionaire Wheel bonus. They ask for a ridiculous number of spins. Even so, I like it to pass the time.

Jackpot City is all right in the sense that they have the millionaire wheel that you get to play for free every day for I think forever. I've been playing it every day for as long as I've had to count but when it comes to their games it seems repetitive extremely repetitive. Every game seems to have the bonus where there are three things at the top of your slot machine that you have to fill up and overflow, which I think is more or less controlled wins on the casino part because one second you put one coin in the bucket and you win three spins. The next second you spend $300 and coins are going into that bucket every single time and it's non-existent. Not to mention on a lot of their games. You'll have a multiplier that if you land a symbol on your spins, it'll increase the multiplier for your wins on games that have collect symbols for when you have money symbols on your slot reels and then have the last one. You'll have a tab that will land and you get to collect all the money that's on your screen. Well, when you start to have the x1 You seem to hit that collect money symbol on the end reel over and over and over, but if you ever get it up to the 5x Multiplier on your slot you could spend hundreds of dollars and never get that collect button on your and real so it seems kind of controlled and skimish in that sense. Not to mention, I've been playing on that casino for a long time and I have yet to hit a win that's worth withdrawing, whereas in local casinos provincially local I signed on was verified within 30 seconds, and won almost $300 within four spins and withdrew $250 of that $300 and had it in my account a day and a half later and we're going on months and months of jackpot City with no action over a hundred bucks. So that is why they get a next-to-nothing rating for me. Not to mention their bonuses or free spins are non-existent. It's always a deposit here. Deposit there get nothing for free. We casinos like that so have no place on the internet as far as I'm concerned they take enough of your money. Why can't they give something back for nothing?

I have been a member a few months now and I am very pleased with this one so far. For my first deposit I believe only ten dollars I have got to enjoy ten free chances each day for several weeks and I have even won a few times. And I was able to very easily cash out 50. I think is the minimum cash out maybe the max from that I am not sure. But I have been able to cash out from the ten free chances daily. When they ask you for documents to withdraw your winnings, they only answer that you must send the receipts or documents again, they make obstacles to then credit you again the money requested to play, they do not deposit it to you, alluding to the fact that your documentation is incomplete and they do not provide details of why it is incomplete, in conclusion they credit you the money again to play until you lose it because they do not accept the documents because you have written just one extra letter in your address. In the end, they do not pay no matter how much you explain a different letter on your receipts.

After a long and confused time of trying to log in and make contact, I assumed my account was dissolved somehow and I went ahead and registered again only to be contacted and told my account was a duplicate. After some back and forth we got it sorted and I'm now back and an active member again. I'm more than impressed with the way it was handled and having fun and no more issues. Thank you. 

I recently received an email from jackpotcity that said they were happy to facilitate my self exclusion after a sizeable win while my withdrawal was pending. After speaking too as number of people. We have theorised that they did this because the amount of winnings I've withdrawn over  last 12 months was 99x the amount I had deposited since joining jackpotcity. If accepted the the pending withdrawal would have taken  the amount withdrawn over 200x the amount deposited. I'm not the only person I know or have spoke to that has similar or the same experience.
