This above is absolute BS as they paid my withdrawal straight into my bank account eventually ..  they have no reason to charge a fee for your winnings and take so long to process the request.

I cashed out Nov 11-13 and sent my docs in 4 times and asked if I need to send other items info they might need. But you never hear from them. Now I cashed out 50.00 on a 10.00 black Friday chip.That's in queue now and I don't think I'll get that either.I'm going to close my account after the 1st of the year. I can't deposit on sites that can't or don't payout. If I had my withdrawal I could play again. But nope not yet. I get paid Tuesday and I'm not depositing here. I'm going to goat spins. For my first deposit I sent $40 in bitcoin. I didn't claim a bonus but one had been added to my deposit. I contacted support and asked them to remove it and they said they would. But it wasn't removed. I contacted them again and made the same request. They provided me instructions on how to remove it myself. I tried but it didn't work so I contacted them again. They provided me instructions again to remove it but the instructions were different from the last set of instructions. This didn't work either. I contacted them again and they told me they were not able to remove the bonus. I found in their terms and conditions where it says they can remove a bonus at any time with or without reason and showed it to them. They still insisted they couldn't remove it. I obviously had figured out that they weren't going to remove it and they were doing this on purpose. They were prolonging it because they didn't think I could resist playing and they wanted to hold me to a playthrough requirement - the exact reason I didn't want the bonus. So, I found in their terms where it is stated that any bonus claimed and not used within thirty days would automatically be removed. While arguing with them about all the games they were playing, I pointed out their terms and conditions and how the bonus would be removed and I informed them that I would just wait the thirty days. I waited and when I logged back in, my deposit was gone too - they stole it! I attempted to talk to them about it but just got ignored. They're very manipulative, dishonest, and will steal from anyone! Stay away!!!

I've deposited several times, and won a little money 3 times. They paid out once, but it took over 6 weeks to get & the other 2 times they did not pay out. When I contacted support concerning the payouts, both times on several occasions they told me it was processing. It's been 6-7 months and no payout, so I assume they aren't going to let me get my winnings. 

This is by far the worse casino ever. Yes terms and conditions state 12 business days after verified docs but the problem is no responds until bothered and you get the same answer. Can't tell what or when to expect a withdrawl. I'm still waiting going on day 10 and no one can give me a straight answer. I'm anticipating not even getting my money as as soon as turning in my docs for verification all communication stopped not even an email confirming they received it I had to follow up over 5 x just to get an answer when my docs were verified. No communication. It'll take an entire month before getting a $300 withdrawl but when depositing it's automatic and pretty instant. Don't waste your time here there are other sites with the same game but better customer service and instant withdrawals or if docs are needed it only takes less then 24 hours and withdrawals are followed up shortly after. I d been playing for a long time and just wanted to try some thing new and this was a mistake. Multiple emails that say the same thing and cannot provide an eta. It's a scam to me one of the worse. I suggest Mr. O, ignition, bvx, Brango, eternal slots, extreme. Even slots capital same games or similar but great customer service and no delays in verification. There are more then I stated I encourage others to try. I can show the emails and chats I have from screenshots no help no one knows anything.
