Ok I have been a member for a few years depositing my money to Paradise 8 casino to play their slots , they do give a fair deal of bonuses to choose from at times it's depositing bonuses with only $25 deposit ...I have chosen this one slot and have played the water through, though not long ago I deposited $50 and eventually I started playing their PLINKO well whoo hoo I GOT the x1000 spot and well I ended up with $6 thousand when I went to withdraw making sure all my documents had already been submitted I got refused my winnings to discover that because I had not deposited $250 upon the day I deposited the $50 they told me that I was unable to with the 6k but only able to withdraw 10% of my deposit, now I'm sure over the time I've been a member depositing my money to play in sure it's been well over and above the $250 they told me I needed to deposit before being able to get my winnings I say I'm intilted to receive I won fair and square all wagers done well and winnings I want. They take my deposits I should be able to have my winnings all of it . Though so now I withdraw the shit $500 only to receive into my actual bank account $370 not 500 so now double ripped like a fool and the first time . Avoid this casino unless U are shitloads rich enough to deposit high and risk it all

I cashed out Nov 11-13 and sent my docs in 4 times and asked if I need to send other items info they might need. But you never hear from them. Now I cashed out 50.00 on a 10.00 black Friday chip.That's in queue now and I don't think I'll get that either.I'm going to close my account after the 1st of the year. I don't dep here much because of their long cashout time. I've waited 4 weeks or more for under 300.00. You don't get the full amount that you cashed out. I just had a bad weekend and ended up in hospital. I sure could use the money that I won. But it's been 2 weeks now 2 or 3 more to go. If you don't have a problem waiting for your winnings. Then maybe this site is for you. I am not planning on dep anymore.

For my first deposit I sent $40 in bitcoin. I didn't claim a bonus but one had been added to my deposit. I contacted support and asked them to remove it and they said they would. But it wasn't removed. I contacted them again and made the same request. They provided me instructions on how to remove it myself. I tried but it didn't work so I contacted them again. They provided me instructions again to remove it but the instructions were different from the last set of instructions. This didn't work either. I contacted them again and they told me they were not able to remove the bonus. I found in their terms and conditions where it says they can remove a bonus at any time with or without reason and showed it to them. They still insisted they couldn't remove it. I obviously had figured out that they weren't going to remove it and they were doing this on purpose. They were prolonging it because they didn't think I could resist playing and they wanted to hold me to a playthrough requirement - the exact reason I didn't want the bonus. So, I found in their terms where it is stated that any bonus claimed and not used within thirty days would automatically be removed. While arguing with them about all the games they were playing, I pointed out their terms and conditions and how the bonus would be removed and I informed them that I would just wait the thirty days. I waited and when I logged back in, my deposit was gone too - they stole it! I attempted to talk to them about it but just got ignored. They're very manipulative, dishonest, and will steal from anyone! Stay away!!!
