The first time I have ever been able to make a withdrawl of 150.00 and get 130.00 of it, sent in my ID as asked of me, everything asked of me, only to be told after asking through chat about it that because I've claimed a total of 6 no deposit bonuses and never made a deposit that the finance department just denied payment. No email, no request of a deposit even though it's a NO DEPOSIT BONUS, no nothing from anyone but a lady named Sadie in the chat that I started to see if all was smooth. I had a terrible terrible experience with lotus Asia.I've had an account there for years but recently they changed the deposits to where when you deposit you hit the button and you wait and you wait and you wait and wait and wait and so you think it's not working so then you hit the button again and Bam oops charged you twice. So I went to the chat to discuss it with them and ask them to remove one of the charges in this little blank head Alex had a corn cob up his b** and locked my account with my $40 in it I have never been so pissed. It's not the first run in I had with this place when I did win just a little bit of money it took like 5 months for me to finally get paid after going through cameras.com I don't even know why I went back but I sure do regret it I have no choice but to dispute I didn't even get to play one penny of my deposit in this little d**** head locked the account.
