First time there won big. They paid out but tried to claim some was bonus money, which it wasn't. Finally paid all of it but now I can't redeem any bonuses or free spins. But they are good and fun.

I wasn’t allowed to redeem the bonus code because I had previously played a free bonus twice already. Don’t get me wrong I’m not complaining I’m explaining. But otherwise I had a good time at Lucky Casino. Very clean, new games and a support team that is on standby eager to resolve your issues. Great bonus offers but the withdrawal process takes a few days depending on which method you use.
