I tried to withdraw money the first time on June 2nd of 2023. Was told that it was approved. Then over 48 hours later I log back in and I asked the support person how much longer would it take for my withdraw transfer to go from pending to sent. I was met with one lie after another. I recorded the entire conversation with screenshots. They tried to tell me that on the day of my withdraw request, I claimed a bonus and I needed to play the bonus before I could withdraw. I said I didn't claim a bonus. The only thing I did was try to withdraw my money and complete the verification process which I did. My withdraw amount is $504.00 . I asked how much did I have to wager in order to be able to withdraw my money. They said that the coupon (I didn't claim) was for $10 and the required playthrough was $504.00 Are you f*****g serious? And now she is the supervisor on duty and now I am only allowed to withdraw $100 instead of $504.00 . I will be contacting my lawyer tomorrow morning and see what he has come up with as how to legally handle this b******t. I'm going to take more than the lousy $504 if this goes to court.
