This is definitely a bad casino - I just had to look at them to actually see for myself what a truly bad casino looked like - It fit the bill to a tee. I hope that nobody gets fooled by the promotions and gets suckered into actually putting money into this one. I do not understand why this great site still has them luisted?? go elsewhere!

I joined this Casino quite awhile ago, and used a free chip to try out the games. I sure like when a Casino offers a free chip. This time I did not wager it enough, and never managed a cashout, however I am now aware to make sure you ask a Casino if their free chip is cashable, because I am not sure back then if it was cashable even if I had managed to wager it enough. I just assumed it was and never asked. Games here are ok, they are not my favorite, but now I see a warning so I will stay away and if they lift the warning I will check it out again.

Ahh, i would not recommend for anyone to waste their time nor money on this site, there is nothing here that you can not get somewhere else, and as much as i have heard about them they are not a positive site that regardless of what treat their customers as they should.. I didn't care for anything this casino had to offer. Though it looks nice, it isn't up to par with others I have experienced. The customer service is lacking majorly. I heard from some people, that diceland casino is going to be closed shortly, this was the best news i read this year because still people are super angry on them which is completely acceptable since they are just crazy! and they have big list of excuses they can tell to people, what a business ! well hope they close today or this week would be better for everybody!

Forget the fact you can't get paid out here, the bonuses are below average. After the deposit bonus, everything they offer is tied to slots and free spins. Not only is there slots collection of games really low but they tie all of their bonuses to them. I agree with most other people. I once received a no deposit bonus from them. When I met the wagering and applied for cashout, they didn't honour my withdrawal and closed my account. I tried to contact them many times but didn't receive any answer. Do not place your money there.
